Good and suitable place to stay. Has seperate car parking at backside.. easy accessibility of places around koyambedu.. Ac functioning is good.. no food facility due to covid right now.

Emirates Residency is in18, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Koyambedu, Rathnapuri, Koyambedu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600107.This is a very good place to enjoy and have a very safety and comfortable stay with our family members,kids and friends. They have more customers due to their customer service and customer satisfaction. Rooms here are very neat and clean. The atmosphere here is very nice .staffs here are very respective and responsible for their guests. Room services are very nice ..They have very spacious two wheeler and four wheeler parking area. Its easily visible from a high traffic area

They have clean and spacious rooms. But the price is too high they even charge for early check in’s. they have complementary breakfast but the option is very limited and food is not tasty. The most of the staff only speak Tamil and not friendly which is bit problem for outsiders.

The room was specious and it was a very nice thing. Cleanliness and services were also perfect. Wonderful experience.

Room is good but the bed spreads were not clean. Appeared like they were not washed for days. When asked about it they defended that they were cleaned and changed on the same day. When I insisted on changing it they changed it with an even dirtier one with lot of stains and spots on it which was even more disturbing. The housekeeping staff and supervisor were not cordial at all. Service quality and hygiene does not match the money they charge. However the toilet and other parts of the room appeared ok.

The restaurant itself serves very bad food within high prices...we had some night food there and the price stated was completely different from the final bill we have recieved.they asked us for the level of spicyness and requested for a less spicy food.unluckily,we have gotfood with extra spice and completey oppositr to yhe requested we have given.

Its very close to the Koyembedu Central bus stand, Hotel Sangeeta , KFC and a pub is very near by. All stafs are service oriented. They serve quality breakfast.I had to hear in one of the employee discussion that, they need to improve day by day and serve all our customer to keep them happy.

Super Clean Rooms and Bathroom! And generally a clean Hotel! However no kitchen = no room service, no fitness center, no lounge, no newspapers to room, sketchy wifi etc...... Just good for the room!

We rented a room for the night. The room is ok size. Food at the restaurant was good and theres a hyderabadi biryani shop, just 2 buildings away. AC works and the restroom is clean. Good place for an overnight stay while you are waiting for your bus or just got to Chennai for a day or 2 for business. Very close to CMBT/ Metro and of course theres loads of public transportation. There is hardly any parking for two-wheelers and cars, watchout for that as its a main road and towing is probably enforced strictly.

The hotel does not have full time restaurant and if you wish to have some thing then you will have to order fro out side. the quality and variety of the breakfast was very bad.The pillow, bedsheets was dirty and used. The towel in the bathroom was used when i entered the room. There were so many flies and mosquitoes in the room which was a big problem. There were cockroaches roaming in the room.

Hotel and staff behaviour is good. Very limited breakfast items. For extra water bottle, they are charging 30 INR against the MRP of 20 INR which is there on the water bottle.

Hello Guests, Im not the guy who writes review, This is my first time writing about my experience with Emirates Residency, Chennai to warn customers like me who books hotel based on the reviews. I read the reviews before my booking and reviews was good until I landed and learned reviews are not fair enough to judge. Learned my lesson.The rooms doesnt have windows and so does the ventilation. The reason for no windows is that there is school almost touching this building and so lot of noise and you feel you are in middle of a class room. Since no ventilation AND Air-conditioned, The entire rooms stinks and restrooms air circulates with in and make your stay horrible. Beds and linens had accumulated stains and dirt from previous stay.Need to talk about the Staff for sure. Mean and Rude. Especially the one in Buffet area. I have a habit of having coffee before my breakfast. This guy observes and warns that only one coffee is allowed for breakfast, putting an angry face. But still they call it as Buffet right ? Was phished off with this attitude. Was travelling form US been to so many countries and places this kind of silly instructions made me very very uncomfortable. I almost picked up a fight.The only good thing about this place, It is very close to Koyembedu terminal. There are lot better hotels in this price line and even much better Star hotels a for 500-1000 Rs more around this place. Dont stay and get your feelings humiliated here. Its not worth staying here even you get a free stay on any offer.Im never turning back to this place ever in my life again. And would advice my Friends and family do so.Hope the Hotel management reads my review and improves Customer service and learns how to handle and earn Customers for their own benefit.Thanks for your time reading my review.

One of the good hotels at budget prices.Rs 2300 for single Oak Standard.new.v clean.Breakfast is complementaryStandard check-in time is 12noon,if u go early they may charge more.do check before hand.As hotel faces road,ask for rooms at the back.Breakfast is bland.charge is rs 160.not enuf tissues kept at breakfast tables.Handwash room is not clear,people tend to go to kitchen instead.serving staff should groom wellThink all staff are overworked.Nevertheless ,gud as a budget hotel.gud for family too

The rooms werw nice and the location is also good. But the service is very bad.We asked for an iron box and they told us they will give but we never got it and we had a very important marriage fuction to attend. So dont expect anything nice from there.

Plz friends dont go to this hotel i never had a bad experience like this before.0* star for hotel because of the front office guy who works in the morning shift .i stayed here for only one day because of him,He ruined our trip.i booked this hotel through makemytrip i went there to check inn @9.30am the front office guy asked1600rs from me i asked him why he said because you booked room from MMT you need to checkinn by 12.00pm only. if you check inn before that you need to pay the full amount.i travelled across all over the states in india,gulf,africa and europe i never heard anything like this.i know its a early check-in, i know how the other hotels will handle this situation far better than this which will be favor of the guest.Finally he looted 800rs from me and he allowed me to checkinn @10.50am.He is too arrogant he is yelling like hell he dont know what is the basic ettiquttes he dont know how to treat their guest.he keep on yelling @ his own staffs in front us to make a showoff this guy need some serious training he thinks that he owns this property and i went there to stay for free.He is like 😬why he came to stay here like that. i know how the other hotel front office people will handle with a fake smile we dont want anything like that here but he make us feeling uncomfartable with wry 😠face there is know good gesture one of the worst frontoffice person i have ever seen. Mr.GM or HR or F&B if you read this comment i dont want any reply from your side beside that tell him or train him how to behave to a guest thats enough anyway rooms are spascious, & airy with comfart beds location is easily accessible very near to CMBT but this frontoffice ruining the show...😥
