Every year I visit the kali mandir at the time of Dussehra pooja. They place Durga Mata idol and dance, singing, drama, jokes events along with it.

Very nice temple.. located near madambakkam camp entrance gate.. you can worship kali here.. also they have a Shiva linga.. you can meet with a lot of bengali people here.. must visit on amavasya nights and on Durga pujas..

This temple land is donated and Ma kali mandir is set up there. This temple is monitored by local bengali families settled in this area. Durga puja celebration is most popular in this temple.

I visited this temple on Navarathri celebrations and its too good. I thought I am really in Kolkatta. This temple has main Godess Kali and a Shiva Linga. They gave prasatham on Navarathri pooja at 7:30 pm and there was childrens dance program organised later around 8 pm. There is a pooja schedule for all 9 days posted by the temple trust.

This place has been here since 1985.At around 09 AM everyday there is a pooja held. Also there are groups of people who come in the evening hours close to 07 PM to have a chat, in bengali called as Adda.Bengali pujao like Kali Puja, Dirga Puja and Amavasha puja held here. During the day time and Poormina during the night hours.

Well maintained and cleaned mandir. Because the temple is outside the defence area, civilian can also visit and pray.

Lovely religious place inside air force station madambakkam residential area...the environment is koool. All festivals and pujas are celebrated here with full joy and dedication.....love at one sight temple .....very good...holy place...must visit place ....bit restrictions for all civilians though

Point to search IAF campus. Just put Kali temple on google map. If you put your actual locations inside campus it will show other routes but you will get restricted entrance from those.

I visited today noon time, when Amabasya Puja was being 0ffered to Goddess Kali. This Kali Bari Members are unique, in the way they volunteer all work related to Puja, Bhog preparation, distribution, cleaning and management. The people are very disciplined, nice, courtesious. Even children volunteer for Bhog distribution. The way the members organise the Kali Puja on every Amabasya, is an example of community living and selfless service. Most of the members are either is service or retired from Indian Airforce. May be this is the reason of their work ethics and discipline. The experience of my joining the Puja today is very good.
