Your post office timing up to 16.30 . But people coming at 15.05, your staffs are rejecting to letter to register. Why like this ?. Same time other post office is accepting to register letter. Even in village also accepting. But your branch not accepting . And your staffs are speaking very rude manner to people. Also nobody not wearing masks including postmaster. All are freely aproching to people.This way are spreading Covid very easy to total contry. So Annanagar nagar post office is doing social work. To our people and our country.

Bad experience. Even though we all compelled to stay inside house in this covid pandemic situation, my speed post ATM card (No. AQ038340445IN) was not delivered to me. Instead of, it was delivered to concerned SBI branch for which SBI has penalized Rs.100. These kind of irresponsible activities are condemnable.

The staffs working here are friendly in nature. Clean campus and located at a main junction. Staffs respond quickly and friendly with people

Awesome post office but it has own cons. So consider 4.5 rating. Yes, it does have wheel chair access.

As per UIDAI, they are supposed to do Aadhar corrections. But these guys are only interested in saving account. No proper response

Customer service and relationship is most important than anything. Its required to show the interest in customer is highly recommend.

The old culture of post office is no more from the way the post office is maintained, however standing in a long queue has not changed at all. Whatever the changes comes the culture of making the customer wait is always there in post office.
