Bought a laptop year ago still working fine , thanks to high stores

Worst service. Ordered the laptop online, it wasnt working at all. After reaching them out, they told me to ship the laptop back for getting it replaced. Now 2 weeks have passed and from 5 days the company is telling me that they have shipped the laptop . And now they are telling me that it will be shipped todayWorst experience

I have bought one dell laptop. next day I found some display problem. So I return the laptop and they also accepted it. They replace the defect laptop with higher cost laptop and I paid extra amount also for that.
