The hotel is located approximately 12 kms from Chennai airport. Its difficult to find. The rooms are spacious with attached bathroom. No in-house dining restaurant but plenty of eateries near about. The good restaurants are some distance away and one has to use local transport. Cleanliness is an issue. Staff are helpful and friendly. Make sure you know the check out time. Bookings can be done online and on site.

Very comfortable stay. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of the stay. Breakfast was just right. All other aspects that make a hotel distinct from others. Especially the ambiance which was all Indian. Truly Fab!!

Worst hotel . they kept me waiting despite of having rooms. We waited for nearly 3 hours to give a room.They charge 500 rs extra for early check-in which is not communicated anywhere in the hotel policy. It is only mentioned if the rooms are available they will provide early check-in. DO NOT book this hotel if you have to leave for work or you have an appointment scheduled. They will screw your work by not giving you the room. THEY follow the policy of 12 PM CHECK IN and 11 AM CHECK OUT only for personal benefit. NO Breakfast available.No proper FOOD joint around. Worst service. Rooms are not READY. and housekeeping is DAM SLOW in making the room ready and keep the guest waiting for 3 hours.

Worst hotel to stay never ever in life will take fab hotel doesnt have even basic amenities false pictures saying toiletries and other stuff they dont have even restaurant for food. Staff not at all cooperative and above all left for work in the morning asking them to clean the room came back in the evening still room was still dirty the way I left room. Never ever will stay in fab hotel property ever in my life stay at guest house than staying in fab hotel property. All false promise and bad hotel. Never will even recommend fab hotels to my friends. Not even worth rs 300 evenNot giving any stars it should be giving minus ratings.

It is budget friendly hotel. Rooms are small, but clean. There are no good restaurants nearby.

Very poor service. The manager Mr. Rajesh was a very rude guy, even he dont know to behave with others. Worst character. He shouted against us. I cant give them for one star also. Very dangerous place to stay. Very unsafe place to stay as bachelor also.
