This place and people are not as negative as portrayed in reviews. All you need is understanding of the procedure. We should understand traffic at their telephone and mail. I was happy to place a call back and my problem was solved easily. They called me back within hours. Thats incredible. Im happy with the service. Thank you to your team.

Seriously Im not sure how someone can give so bad negative comments about this office... follow the steps they mention before visiting the office... they r confirming via call if we can meet office or not. Such a clear explanation. Seeing the review I thought nothing would work but I got clear resolution for my issue from their end

I have been calling their landline numbers day after day, and have called atleast 100 times. Looks like they have picked the receiver and kept it in busy status after continuous rings. No response/very negligent government officials. Please respond atleast during emergency situations!!

Number is always busy they are thinking that they are very brilliant they have set the phone mode to always busy tone then what for EPF office is functioning this needs to be reviewed under higher level Im really not happy with their service

I tried to reach through call for queries regarding for my moms pension form status but call keep on ringing... Then I have visited the epfo ofc, but the ofc is closed until further notice.., one person somewhat responded well for all people and they have posted some new reach out facility due to these Covid-19 issue..,you can use these contacts to reach out for queries.

Office will be closed after 3.00pm any imfo will not be provided after 3.00pm.

For the past two days Im calling in your office landline number. If Im correct I called more than 100 times in very number but no response from your side. Heavy crowded place... There are many departments, the most important department is P.R.O which is placed in ground floor of the back side of the building, this where you apply for pf claim, name change etc, and there is a token system also... If youre planning to visit the office it will take 30 to 1 hour to see the officers so plan accordingly... Hope it will help thanks

Its completely well organised and the staff are very very helpful to clear our claims and requests. Its a token system. We would have to get the token from the ground floor. We would find a security guard namely Mr.Raja Mohammed. Hes one of the nicest souls that we shall ever come across our lives. Hes the person distributing the tokens. He handles the entire crowd very well, tirelessly with all smiles. Overall had a great experience ! Your PF related queries are handled well and given proper and explanations ! No space for parking ! Wed have to park outside.

Worst place, lack of Responsibility and service

This complex is still in renovation. This building has Govt offices like EPF and GST range office. Also in ground floor the private vendors has occupied like second hand car dealers, tea shops, Xerox shops, stationery stores, etc

Instead of visiting directly to the office and waiting Ina queue for a long time u can claim ur PF amount through online. This will save ur precious time too....just login to epfo website enter ur UAn Id num

Working hours for life certificate starts 8.00AM, other government offices must learn from these guys about crowd control.. smooth and organized flow of people that too senior citizens was really good, didnt expect that from a Government office...The clear neglect of Tamil signs is an expected one at Central government offices, but was a let down here.

Its a typical central government office with laid back staff. My issue has been unresolved for the last two years.The support staff is blatantly unresponsive. Disgusted with their approach to solve epf members grievance.Its a bitter truth in India, that most government offices fall under the above category.

I submitted my claim through offline and within 15 days i got my amount credited to my bank account...excellent service.

The EMPLOYEES of Emplyee PROVIDENT fund are CORDIAL AND i got my PF in time and the update you receive as SMS keeps you informed about where is your file and keeps you cool... is a welcoming service they provide.
