Dell Inspiron 3567. A review. Harrowing experience not worth a single penny of the 65000 I paid.Timeline of events1) After having carefully gone through the specs, and reviewed the product, I went to the nearest Dell showroom at adyar and bought the product. (Mid 2017)2) After 8-9 months of good working, problems started to appear. While working on the laptop, suddenly the screen goes black. Each and every avenue was tapped, right from Dell customer service to the showroom I bought. (End 2017)3) Partly it was my fault as well, to not deal with it quickly, as I was occupied with my studies. But these customer service calls took ages. And the same working routine was repeated with each call, even after complaint was registered. Also, the customer service people were keen on only listening to my problem, rather than trying to find a suitable solution. I was bombarded repeatedly with the same mom working solution and I had to accept it as no other option. I sincerely recommend a good look by Dell into this. By this time , I understood that the system has been run out of its warranty period. Clever tactics to deceive customers. And even after repeated suggestion from my side, to send an on-site engineer to solve the issue, my claim was disregarded in the name of policy.(mid 2018)4) After having consulted N number of Google forums and dell forums, I arrived at a temporary fix. Only to see that it is of no use any more. After this I was only left with disgust and had lost any respect I had for dell.5) As a last ditch attempt, I tried changing the motherboard with Dell certified centers, only to find that the problem persisted. The pain of the investment gone wrong still remains. Am still deeply disappointed with Dell and their services AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING DELL PRODUCTS ANYMORE. NOT ONLY ME , SOME OF MY FRIENDS HAVE THE SAME OPINION WITH THE SAME PRODUCT AS WELL. HOPE IN THE FUTURE PEOPLE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.
