I have used concept letting for seven years. I had tried other agents and was let down constantly. Indeed I was at a point of wanting to sell all my properties. Then I met Phil from concert lettings and he persuaded me to keep the properties and let him manage them. Since then I’ve not had one problem.I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anybody who has properties that need managing.

Our flat was mouldy, had paint peeling, a broken dishwasher and windows that were not sealed properly. Most of the time they ignored our messages or would take months to reply or do anything. Most of the issues never got sorted.

Phil is nice, considerate and responsible gentleman.

If you rent a property from here do not expect Phil or his colleagues to do anything about a problem you have with the property. The problem will take months to get sorted, you will have to keep phoning up to get them on it, that wont work, so youll have to go into the office to speak with them directly and repeatedly. Good luck if you are already renting with them and avoid if you are thinking about it

Oh my goodness just avoid this company and employee Phil at all costs. They will waste your time and energy.

This is a very dodgy agency. Ive been calling them about an apartment for a week since they posted it on Zoopla. Ive called 4 times, and every time they say we dont have the keys yet, we havent started viewings, well call you when we can schedule viewings Ive left them my contact details but also kept following up on them. In the last call they said the apartment has been already let!! It seems they are selective, unprofessional and completely unorganised. Id avoid them, as they seemed very untrustworthy.
