If anyone wants to change their phone number in aadhaar, pls visit anna nagar post office.Go to 1st floor and ask any post man, how to update number in aadhar.- he will ask your new number and will ask otp for same.- will take your finger print- charges for update Rs.50/-(As govt process, it takes 72hrs for changes)Very fast work 👌👌👌No need to wait for token or no need to wait outside in Q.

I dont understand why no one ever picks up the call. Every time for every small thing I have to end up going to the post office. Just please, pick up your calls.

Bad experience. Even though we all compelled to stay inside house in this covid pandemic situation, my speed post ATM card (No. AQ038340445IN) was not delivered to me. Instead of, that has been delivered to concerned SBI branch for which SBI has penalized Rs.100. These kind of irresponsible activities are condemnable.

My order has to send to the post office so i went to collect yesterday bt they didnt got it n asked me to come today when I went today I was asked to wait fr a long time and at last that employee bala came n questioned me like sona sona date ku varathu ilaya apdi ipdinu rudely bt he nly said there is 1 week tym n the tym is still there just because he couldnt find it he made his talk rude to me and later he showed another man n went and sat i was asked to come today just because bala was not available yesterday... I went to collect some information about speed post service. I had met a person called Mr. Rajendran, an employee very positive and helping mentality. Indian postal can go a long way having such emplyees in all the depts.

Front Gate towards 2nd Avn. is closed pretty much all the time for no reason. Please use the back entrance to access the Post office and Bank. The Post office really don’t bother for any inconvenience caused.

For the most part this place is good but the Hindi Speaking man who collects parcels at the back of the post office is a thief and a cheat. If youre not careful he will overcharge you. I sent a package that was 900 grams but later when I checked the receipt for tracking I noticed that hed put in 1700 grams. That came to ₹50 extra. That ₹50 just went into his pocket. Please calculate postage before you visit the post office. I want to raise a complaint against this guy.Update:-Thank you for your clarification reply. This explains it. Sorry for judging without understanding!

Very bad service. I had to wait for 45 mins to just get one parcel delivered. There is only one man to pack and one man to bill. No social distancing maintained. Veey poor quality of response when asked how much time will it take. No one pays attention to the customers. Very disappointing service. No social disappointing. No sanitisation.

Bets international parcel service ,So cheap compared to other private couriers . Other services like SavingsAadhar correction was also get done here

None in this Post Office know their Rules or India Post Act definitions. This post office adheres to letter of Rules than Spirit of Rules hence this Post Office is most inhumane office !!

Staff here are helpful. There is speed Post facility available till 8pm on all days and till 12 noon on Sundays. The surroundings look like a typical government run office.

Service is ok. but nobody answers the phone for enquiry. It is picked up by sombody and answers nothing. I think the phone is kept aside. No response atall. this is the experience from 19th onwards. I sent a parcel to USA on 20th march. I tracked the parcel. No information about the parcel is available after 21 march 2020.

Easily accessible from 2d Avenue. All India Post services in one place. Staff behaviour is ofcourse a typical govt org staff behaviour very slow and lethargic. But nowadays I see few of them working little faster and actually being courteous too

I love to be here it is at the centre of 2nd Avenue of Annanagar and it is a big building and all the postal deliveries and sales is done at the best organized counters in the front office and other works of service like inspection of address and handing over the un -delivered post and are done from the first floor;

Went to send parcels abroad, it is very cheap (speed posts rates) compared to DHL, UPS anyother, Many gave their opinions that the India post is not safe, that opinion is really wrong, the parcels are a bit squeezed but they are not opened unless you send any suspecious stuffs and delivered in time!, the staffs need to be more effecient and polite. One Can calculate the rates for international parcels in the website itself. They have their own boxes and tapes, Food items only with BAR CODES (No Homemade), No Glass bottles, No liquids or semi solids, seeds related food (Cummins,Mustard seeds or pulses) Pickles in packets (Branded or Plastic Bottle sealed), Dont send expensive stuffs too.

Looks like PO has appointed many freshers. Customer service is really good.
