One of the few stores in Chennai which has Good amount of stock, followed by collection. You can decide to go directly to this outlet if you dont want to get disappointed for No Stock/Less Collection reasons at other wildcraft outlets in the city

Products are really good but the staff has to be more energetic. They dont show much interest to explain about the products to the customers.

I went there half an hour ago. The shop looked open, the lights were on, but the door was locked. I saw no one inside. Shouted, but no response. I even tried to reach the customer care, but the call doesnt connected. I stood there for 10 minutes, but no one came. The passerbys saw me like as if I were a thief, trying to steal stuffs.And so my kind request to wildcraft is, IF YOU WERE HAVING A SHOP OR A STORE AND THAT ONE IS CLOSED, KINDLY HANG A BOARD THE SHOP IS CLOSED, SO THAT A STRANGER CRACKPOT LIKE ME WONT WASTE THE TIME STANDING EMBARRASSED IN-FRONT OF THE BLOODY DOOR, HOPING THAT SOMEONE WOULD COME, RECEIVE THE CUSTOMER.

Went to the store looking for zipper pulls for my Wildcraft bag and got those replaced at 5 bucks a piece. You get these in 2 colors - black and grey. Choose one that will go with your bag.

If u r here to buy mask, they have an Odd pricing strategy . they charge at 200/- per piece MRP(printed price ) . I just bought .Buy from santosh supermarket bang opp to this showroom . (It’s kept right at the entrance ).in santosh it’s available at around 140-150/- .Being a brand store (own/franchisee)... they should follow a similar market operating price. Hopeless !
