Very worst experience on the first visit itself.1. The staffs are not trained to meet the customers.2. Some of the staffs are very rude3. Most of the racks are empty and some are not properly arranged. Almost like a roadside shop4. They put ads on so many places and it is not followed. I took a potato chips pocket which is mentioned as Rs. 99 on display board and while billing it is charged as Rs. 129 due to hurry i didnt check it on shop itself5. Even a vegetable market seller will keeps his shop clean when compared to vegetable section6. Most of the provisions are empty particularly on Sunday

Very bad storage. I bought pasta. On the same day I opened it there were insects and worms. The billing section there was no person at the billing counter was waiting too long for the person to come back. Many products are not available. Dont buy any groceries here.

The Super market is really big,but the service of the staffs was not satisfied, bcos we need to search for the products and they are not voluntarily come and ask us or not available in the particular areas. And, also the home delivery not available for us, we are from Poonamallee and from the Super market is only 4 kms . But, the delivery available with in 3 kms only, thats also not satisfied

A good store BADLY managed. You wont see many staff helpful. Everyone for themselves. Go to counter you will find crowd around 2 or 3.Time is precious of the customer, has to be drilled into each staff.There is no system of monitoring to add counters when que increase beyond a limit. Most of the staff you will find whiling away their time discussing routine matters of interest. Majority are unfit to be staffed in a retail store of such repute.Hope the floor manager- I did search once but was invisible.Why cant there be a fixed location for floor manager where anyone can come and page him. Also the staff can reduce this load if theyre competent and helpful

Just small feedback....I visited to your store 4-5 times, and I use to come on bike. In entrance I have seen there was some bakery. When ever I want to go over there, watchman guides me to park my bike inside underground parking. Later after shopping when I exit on my bike, again watchman guides me to leave the store 😂😂....
