Excellent doctors n caring nurses but some department staff not responding properly . When I was admitted asked private room management said after covid result only we provide private room. We get covid negative then I asked private room floor manager told some silly reasons toilet flush not working, light not working . Prashanth hospital having good infrastructure but u didnt having plumber? General ward we feel uncomfortable tats y I asked.

Dr.G.Gopalaswamy, chairman is a humble, down to earth person who inspires all of us with his energy. His enthusiasm and positivity towards life is infectious to all of us. My husband had second heart attack and was critical. He is alive today by divine grace, doctors grace. Special mention to Dr.G.G, Dr.Muthukunaran, Dr.Sandeep, Dr.DK and their team. The treatment started immediately and cardiac care specialists were available. The entire team of doctors focused only on his recovery and every step in the treatment was very transparent and communicated clearly. Dr.Muthukumaran sir is very soft spoken and understands patients condition clearly. Hospital was maintained well, completely sanitised. We stayed there for 3 weeks with the personalized care. Kudos to the entire team and the staff.

Worst interdepartmental connect within hospital... Looks like each department is doing their own business. Hospitalized patient/attender have to buy medicine of his own from pharmacy for each dose... They wont connect internally and add up to final bill... even though lumpsum huge amount deposited in advance. They want to settle each time if there is shift in ward.... Just gone there for some good experienced doctor available. Else management is very poor....

I have been admitted to this hospital for and was under treatment of Dr. Balamurugan. I found the hospital rooms are well lit clean and with all medical accessories required. They have all integrated facilities and conduct of all paramedic staff was prompt and excellent. Even the service staff was doing their job regularly and with passion. I am also very satisfied with my doctors line of treatment and his approach of updating my wife during this difficult time. The only factor which I felt on the negative side was the cost. It could have been more considerate. The billing and insurance was also well handled.

My mothers surgery was performed here and she was in hospital for around a week. The hospital is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and room service is good. The nurses are very friendly and service minded. The rates are reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend this hospital for any treatment.

Very very very worst hospital i have ever seen in my life.We have admitted my Uncle recently due to oxygen emergency. They couldnt able to identify the cause and also there are discrepancy between the doctors. No proper and positive response from doctors and staffs. Especially staffs are rudest to the core. Preaching lots of negativity to attenders. Always keeping us tensed and looting lots of money. Very very money minded. Till now they didnt inform the right root cause and they keep on doing something in ICU.PLEASE DONT GO THIS HOSPITAL !!!

Dr Vijayakumar has employed staff who are very rude, their behaviour is totally unacceptable. They make you feel you are in a Government hospital. The Dr himself is in a hurry not having enough patience to listen.

Very bad experience having gone there for whole body check up! The hospital did not even provide breakfast. The eye Department has a very junior optometrist who checks eye power only. The coordination between the departments is awful and the patient is left to his or her fate. The blood collection is done in a small cabin and the toilet is accoss the hall for patients to go and bring the urine samples back. On the whole, I would not recommend this hospital except for emergencies. The one positive thing is the availability of car parking.

I have admitted here for 5 days. Doctors and Nurses are very good in hospitality, services and treatment. But there is only one toilet for semi private room and general ward and no one is cleaning the toilet in regular basis. Flush and handgun is not working in toilet(4the floor). Kindly try to improve the maintaince.

Few months back went to Prashanth hospital for my parents vaccination. Hospital environment is maintained clean and their staffs are supportive. Geetha nurse has helped us in registration, billing and having the jab done. We came back to hospital last week to get the second jab and also took the first jab for few of my other relatives. Very very worst treatment from emergency ward. I ever seen like this attitude from that lady doctor and nurse. My mother affected from severe dysentery and vomit so we admitted her on 13/08/2021 at 7.30. Till 12 o clock we never found any improvement and moreover she became very down slowly. Eventhough the no treatment was given. That lady doctor insist us to put her in ICU. And she was interested to bargaining other corona patient family. Very money minded. Then we decided to move to apollo omr. Within a hour she slowly recovering her conscious. Very very worst treatment.

If you give a positive review, the owners will respond. Otherwise they don’t even bother to understand what went wrong. If the management itself is like this how will you improve your customer service. One of the rudest hospital staffs I have seen till now, Especially Geetha in the front office. Eventhough I had an appointment for vaccination, they wanted to register and pay additional money for the same. When I questioned them they were very rude and asked me to go to a different hospital. Because of the urgency, I had to pay extra and take the vaccination. I will definitely take this up to the health ministry.

Insurance team is very worst in the hospital. When we went for cashless, they start to process on the last day. They made delay for one day extra and got money from my hand. They are money minded. Not interesting to serve. Their responses also not kind and approachable.Response for delay they say is we searched you in respective room and not found you. So that we are not processed on first day. This is very funny response. If we go to new hospital for visit for someone, first will check it in reception or will contact to given phone number. This is basic thing. They do not know even basic thing. I paid it from my pocket today. As many people mentioned, this is money minded hospital. If you want to admit your child, go to rainbow 🌈 hospital for children. This came to know after admitted in the hospital.

I delivered my baby here during lock down. It is best and best hospital for Maternity... All hospital during Sunday lock down period they not admitted, no duty nurses, here they admitted during emergency period... the nurses are very nice and pleasing... within half an hour I got delivered there...without prior intimation. I went to vaccinate in this hospital for covishield.They charged 880 and the 100 rs is for registering in the hospital.There is no social distancing instructions or requirements in this hospital.They do not follow the social distancing protocol in the billing or waiting area.All the seats are open for everyone.This hospital has cut a lot of jobs and is maintained by minimal staff.There is no adequate light or guidance.Please do not go here to vaccinate.I am not adding photos as I do not want to include the staff.No one is guiding people for social distancing.Please avoid this hospital for vaccination.

I got admitted for covid positive because I was pregnant. I had to get admitted with my son who was also tested positive. All the staffs very helpful. There were regular checks about our health for oxygen and bp. The doctors also asked about our health concern in regular intervals. Any difficulty mentioned were addressed immediately.

Worst hospital I’ve ever seen in my life. My dad was admitted at Urology department, after 2 weeks of hospitalization they said please discharge. His pulse was down, his sugar level is not good. Lost him within a week after 😭Also lost 6 lakh to these money eaters 😡I would never recommend this hospital.
