Im greatly delighted to share my experience of undergoing physiotherapy at this centre. I was suffering from multi disc bulge / prolapse - C2-C7 (Cervical spondilosis) for a prolonged period. I underwent a 20 sittings package physiotherapy treatment here, and with the best treatment under the able guidance and monitoring by the Physio Doctor in this centre as well as with the utmost devotion and 200% cooperation from my side, I got relieved of my radiating pain over my neck, shoulders and over the left hand. I came here for my lower back pain due to prolonged sitting hours in work. 4 sessions of traction was given and exercises were told. They advised to come periodically to change the exercises and monitor the progress. In 4 months approx 10 sessions were attended and helped to relieve from the back pain completely. Visited the hospital for my L4 L5 herniated disc and right leg numbness problem I experienced during my stay in Texas, USA. Even american doc suggested to undergo surgery to resolve my problem. However Physio360 helped me alleviate my pain and problem through1. Myofascial therapy2. Dry Needling.3. Rehabilitation exercises.

I visited Physio360 for elbow & wrist pain. I had severe pain and was unable to do my normal work. Met Dr.Sakthi, he examined and suggested Trigger Therapy and Dry needling, rest and Strengthening exercises. After end of 5 days therapy by Dr. Priya, the pain reduced a lot from a scale of 9 to 2. Met doc again and started with strengthening exercises. Doctor is very friendly and answers all our queries very patiently. Highly recommended. I was suffering from severe pain caused by a slipped disc in my lower back. Even after consulting and taking treatment from 2-3 different ortho and physio therapists I was still in pain for almost 4 months without any improvement.Upon hearing this over phone Sakthi sir agreed to meet me the very next day at his clinic inspite of it being a holiday for the clinic and thoroughly analysed my condition. Give this place a try if you are advised surgery due to problems relating to joints, ligaments and the like. You may be able to avoid it totally or at least postpone it a little longer. PHYSIO360 was mentioned accidentally by my neighbor, then I consulted with Dr.Sakthi Vinayagam doctor. He told about my issue right shoulder surface tendon tear and that too not to worry about that. I walked into ‘PHYSIO360’ with severe right side lower back, Outer thigh, knee and ankle pain. I was unable to sit for long or stand for long or drive my car for a long distance.Not sure what the issue was, I trusted Dr Sakthi Vinayagam to diagnose the issue correctly. Post which I started Rehabilitation at the Gerugambakam branch. Since I live closer to the Gerugambakkam branch, I opted for a shift in location. I thought there would be some loss of information in the knowledge transfer but I was wrong. Dr Sakthi, apart from looking at the case sheet, also listens to how I’m feeling currently and suggests relevant exercises. When Dr Sakthi isn’t around and I have questions to ask, the other Sports Physio Dr Priyanka also listen and suggest exercises accordingly.I’ve been going for almost two months now and I am so much better.
