Visited this place with the least load time and yet they managed to disappoint me. Quite unclean and the dustbins are right next to the OPD ward. I saw the nurse use a scissors to open the lid of the dustbin and use it to open the injection vial right afterwards. If I wasnt sick, I would have walked out of this place mid experience. Very disappointed

My wife got admitted today afternoon & the procedure done sucsssfully by Dr. Chandru & team . Kudos. Nurses & housekeeping staff very friendly. My only concern is for a premium room there are no cupboards & whenever we request for it the staff only gives a Colgate smile . I have also requested coupe of senior staff too but all in vain . Request the management to please look into it & do the needful . I am from Bangalore . Appreciate a positive response

I got my left arm fractured and admitted in this hospital. Everything was awesome and i am very satisfied with services of nurses who takes almost care with patients and they did an over all good job. There was a sister by name Manju in spl ward and she was really excellent in service. I really appreciate her service to patients with most care.great hospital

Doctors shed responsibility. When we visited the hospital for my husbands skin problem in the back, one doctor treated for five days and as no development happened he simply asked us to meet the other doctor. The second doctor refering to a third doctor and every one collect their fees without giving any solution to the issue. Very disappointing experience.

Doesnt accept card for payments.I am not sure if it is followed by other hospitals, they are NOT vaccinating until 10 members are available. This is new as i had taken parents to PHC and another hospital where they didnt say any such thing.But overall swift and quick once we got 10 members.Couldnt comprehend why 10 people and why no card payment allowed.

This hospital is literally so good from doctors to nurses everyone smiles and are very welcoming.. I have been hospitalized in Korea a few times and this one by far is the best! That charismatic doctor ( i forgot the name) who gives you many visits and make sure you dont feel neglected! He is so down to earth and sweet! Nurses!! They deserve the biggest respect. They really take a good care of you. Although i paid for a room for 2 patients, they agreed to move me to a single room and honestly i was quite impressed! These people are no joke, for real! For your reference many hospitals treat you poorly especially if youre not native Korean. long story short, you will never regret for choosing them

I have applied for insurance post claim. But I didnt even got 30% of amount from claim. The Insurance company were not recommending this kind of hospitals. They where not charging based on GI council for Covid patients. They were overcharged. I have spoken to hospital. But there is no proper response. I dont recommend this hospital.

Got my vaccination from mint hospital for covaxin.Plus:-less crowd and therefore faster turnaround time.-providing printed vaccine certificates.Minus:-The billing staff do not accept card payment,they accept only cash or gpay.-They dont perform checks like blood pressure or pulse spo2 before vaccination but they charge full service charge of Rs 150.

𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘This hospital showed up on Cowin app for my second dose of Covaxin.To my surprise,when I was getting inoculated,I see the nurses PRE FILL 8-9 injections with the vial and keep 10 patients ready to get the process faster.This is not acceptable at all.If at all you intend getting vaccinated here,make sure your injection is filled in front of your eyes from the bottle directly and not pre filled.I have not seen any other hospital do it expect for here.Also to the management,I hope you change this method of yours.This is not the right way of mass vaccinating people in a faster way.

Recently I got the second dose vaccination at your hospital.  And its one of the worst experience where you not even fell under any of the safety precautions and Paying Rs. 1420/- is a waste of money.  Not even a BP check, Not even a temperature check, Not even a social distancing and the pedal pressing sanitizer was not giving any sanitizer itself and its under repair.  Are you really good enough to provide better service to people is questionable one.  I have given the same feedback at the CoWin site as well.  Please correct  yourself.

Went for covid vaccination There was a counter for registration of vaccination.very poor response from the counter staff. They were unable to manage the people waiting.They were unresponsive and the vaccination data was not uploaded even after days.SMS was not received even after 15 days.On enquiry no responsible reply even after multiple attempts.I dont know how they will treat Patients!God save them

Way Too EXPENSIVE for COVIDThey charge too heavily in two aspects. During admission it seems reasonable as the private room costs are Rs.7500, which they say is inclusive of monitoring and duty doctors. But the hidden costs are exorbitant1. PPE KitsThey charge about Rs. 7000 for PPE kits and gowns per day, which is too much for one patient. There is no way to track how much kit is actually used, but it is a standard cost every COVID patient needs to pay. The items charged are just added as standard procedure, which is totally unfair. When a consultant goes for a ward visit, he wears one gown and visits all of them, but the charges of his gown goes for each patient. So if there are 10 Covid patients, everyone of the patient pays for same kit. Thats 10X for the price of one. This is not just overcharging but fleecing.2. Consultant Charges.They charge Rs. 7500 per day as a standard charge. The consultant or specialist who consulted did a day visit and night visit and appeared normal experienced below 35 years. Usual consultant fees are normally between Rs.1000 to Rs.1500 and called only as needed for their opinion. But these are general doctors for whom the charges are Rs.7500 per day. This is another extreme unethical practice.If you are really want to get admitted please try Kings institute or other COVID specialized hospitals before mint hospitals.You will be poorer by approximately Rs.40000 every day. and most of them are frivolous expenses.

I had recently got admitted for first time ever in hospital. I found Doctors and staff being very helpful and proactive. Doctors tried to address my concern and also refrained from unnecessary test and medicine. Im thankful for entire staff to help me get better. The Hospital is also transparent in terms of costs and would not suggest you to stay extra day to earn money.I would recommend improvement in management and admin of hospital to grow further as this is relatively a new hospital. Though hospital was neatly maintained few of the hygiene factor need to be improved. Also, since the canteen facility is not there, food for patient from home three times a day becomes difficult task.But overall I would recommend the hospital and wish it to grow further with required improvements over a period of time.

Very good care by the doctors, nurses and support staff. The staff especially are cooperative and understand patient needs really well and go out of their way to ensure that the patient is well taken care of. My wife delivered our son in June this year and I just had a knee surgery, both of which went very smoothly here.

Sharanya mam, because throughout the gestation period she treated my wife utmost care and handled each and every step very carefully. Madam is highly punctual & arrives hospital at right time after giving the appointment. She did not suggested unnecessary tests also. We got a pleasant and peaceful treatment. Pros: Staffs are very supportive.Gynecologist is goodCons: Paediatrician is not experienced.Out of 5 deliveries which I saw, 4 babies had breathing problem.Also she didnt give the baby for mother feed.She gave unwanted anti-biotic due to which the baby is suffering from minor problems.My advice is not to consult the paediatrician there.

I just went here on midnight for my wife sickness. They give many2 medicine which never cure. I just wonder that the patient also need to register in some money and consultant fee and for registration 50 rupees along with this around 900. And the medicine which they gave is the most expensive and useless which never cure from disease. This is MINT SUPERCHARGIBILITY HOSPITAL.

As my aunt is near adyar we planned to take her to Mint Hospital. The nurses were very caring and the doctors asked all medical history and helped us understand the issue. We werent asked to take tests simply. The doctors are so genuine. Dr. Vinoth helped us and my aunt was very happy.

Really not a good Experience with the Hospital.I went to hospital with a Big wound in my hand and i know i have lost a lot of blood and the wound is deep and severe.The Doctor was friendly , but never mind what im saying. The final treatment what i got as, sticking TWO BAND-AIDS in that big wounds.Worst part is that BAND-AID was brought my myself in a outside Shop because they dint have BAND_AIDS in their own hospital.Even i said multiple times and still the doctor convinced me to go with BAND-AID alone.NOW coming to the FEE part,1. I was charged for Customer registration fee, which i never asked for.2. Doctor Consultation fee for putting band-aid is too costly.3. Dressing Fee - Rs.250 ( I still dono what is meant by that. For putting my own band-aid )when i asked what is the dressing fee, they told that they washed my wound with some Dettol and put Band-AID.the same thing i would have done in my home myself with no cost.I Paid around 600 and left hospital for nothing.Then i went to another hospital. Its been 15 days now and now the wound is getting better.i was advised to do dressing for 5 days continuously since the wound is severe. Only after one week , i felt better and im still recovering.This is my actual case and i didnt know how that BAND-AID treatment would have cured me....
