Never consider this company to start your career, I never seen such low level of dirty politics in my career. Dear management Gather feedback from all level of employees about CEO (Pranab Prakash) to know how bad he is in-terms of his knowledge. The company will treat new join people as they dont know any thing even Experienced also, such a worst dominant .

My below review is for those candidates who are thinking to attend interview in Konexaa.... before you jump into Konexaa inquire any employee who is working or has worked there. There is one man army led by Pranab the ceo who is everything in this company. If he says this is night then you have to admit that this is night . He treats everyone like a labour which cannot leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission.Hire and Fire is their only policy and agenda!1.very egoistic Management.2.They consider anyone as RESOURCE that can be switched out.3. So unless u r robot stay away.
