Last month 17th met with an accident in mugalivakkam and immediately went to Amruth Ortho. Dr.Faizal examined my left leg and diagnosed as Tibia Fracture and need to undergo surgery. Visited doctor Faisal for the first time by finding him online via practo, was having many doubts before visiting the doctor whether my neck pain which started radiating to my right hand will get reduced or what the doctor is going to tell after examining me, I was a bit shaky and worried about my neck pain, but the doctor was patient enough to hear all my problems, suggested me to take X-ray for screening my neck pain, no other test was taken other than that to find what exactly the problem is and after checking the X-ray he calmed me by saying what the problem is and suggested me to do physio and gave tablets to eat for 5 days. After completing 5 days of physio and tablets, my radiating pain got settled and my neck pain is under control, I would like to thank the physiotherapists Sandhya and Sabari for their huge role in reducing my pain. By taking medicines for a course of time, lifestyle modifications, and exercises regularly I can stay away from pain is what the doctor and physios said. I will surely recommend doctor Faisal and his team for their friendly nature towards patients for any ortho-related problems, I feel he is the best in town. My appointment was at 7.45. I got my turn at 8.40...then after consultation I had to wait for another 1.30 minutes. Why take so many patients. You should restrict the number of patients per day. Solution is simple.. all your patients are getting frustrated. Another solution is to open your consultation early at 3pm. We all have work the next day like you do...Take less patients per day.There is no use of booking appointment through practo.The doc wa avoid though. No other complaints except long wait time.

After having surgery in shoulder started facing shoulder joint pain. Have met around two to three doctors and spent many sleepless night.Finally found Dr.Faisal through internet and thought of giving a try by looking at the reviews.I would say I am so happy and impressed by the way he dealt with my shoulder issues. Doctor is good with a rude pharmacist. Went for a refill last week and the pharmacist said he will send the receipt later as the medicine was not there in the system yet. He didnt send till today. Today I went for another medicine and reminded him about the receipt. Now he wants the exact purchase date which I dont remember. He is not ready to check and didnt have the basic decency to handle a patient. He is so rude that he didnt bother even after I said I will complaint it to the Doctor.

Kindly note that all that glitters are not gold. A doctor with smiling face & make you scare of problems so that their needs are fulfilled isnt a proper person.A doctor must tell patients what not to do so that they take care of future.Nowadays, many are in money minded & simply say for unwanted tests.Real Example: I visited this hospital with my mother aged 60 & the doctor advised to go for injection which is somewhere around 4000 rupees & to be taken once in 6months for betterment of bones. Also advised due to age factor the problem will surely take time to heal.But remember that the doctor tell you that nothing is to worry at first attempt & secondly say it is better to take some tests, physio sitting & multiple medicines as to not worry if theres doubt. The same kind of explanation when i visited for my knee problem. Every visit for sure will cost you minimum 1000 for x-ray & consultation. Then, physio advise to do for 1 week at 300 / day.I really wonder how other people rate the nurses & receptionist the good. In my opinion, they are the worst care takers in my lifetime hospital experience. They simply chit chat with each other & give no proper response to patients.A simple final statement - Please decide the doctor & clinic based on their readiness / genuineness to give bill for the treatment & medicines. I challenge you 50% will fail in this regard.

Worst experience ever ,the waiting time is so pathetic and the response from staff is so worst. Taking appointment is no point, we were only told there are patiences who are waiting for more time than you, we waited for more than 3 hours and this is the response from staff.

A very cool and one of the best orthopaedician I have consulted.
