The best doctor I have ever met. Both me and my husband are his patients for the past 11 years. He remembers every patient by their name and even family member’s names. He responds immediately for e mails and even for WhatsApp messages within half an hour in the times of need. We are very lucky to have him as our family doctor. God bless him and his family all the best things in life.

I was visited before 15day for my diabetes to dr surander sir that time they respond very good after that I was taken medicine not suitable to me I am from 200km distance I am giving call for hospital no body responds I sent emil also that also rejected .and staff also harsh behaviour please now I am suffering lot of problems what can I do I dont know. This kind of hospital we cant expect from him

The doctor is great but the front desk is terrible at scheduling. Took my 77 yr old mother for a 11:45 am appointment and by 12:30pm there were still 3 patients ahead of us. Returned without seeing the doctor as we had not had lunch and we live a good 30-45 mins away. If the front desk had at least called and told us the doctor was running late, we would have started after lunch. This is very bad management from a doctor’s office treating elderly people with diabetes, for whom sticking to meal times is crucial.

Dr Surender is excellent by his profession, great service to the human society with great humble. My Mom and Dad takes treatment to him for Diabetic and BP. He treats them well and Good. He is the messenger of God. I pray that he should be healthy and long live happily with his family and serve the society. I wish him for more achievement in his profession.

The Good Doc.Very correct with his treatment and does not expect you to do Lab tests at his preferred Labs like many Doctors.

Excellent doctor. Very positive. Very cooperative staff. Unmatched treatment. You will have peace of mind once you see him. He prescribes very safe medicines and dont opt for unnecessary tests. We are aged couple and salutes our doctor surender for his knowledge and simplicity in dealing with patients.

Worst doctor, irresponsible to the middle class patients no proper response…all they want is rich patients to look after , if we ask him any doubts either he scolds are ask us to go to some other doctor.. WORSTTT WORSTTTTT i dont know why he calls himself as doctors(NOW A DAYS DOCTORS ARE MEANT TO WORK OF RICH PEOPLE, THEY DON BOTHER ABOUT ANY ORDINARY MAN)....Rude... and the reception lady who works at the evening.. My God ... such a rude lady...

I have no issue in consulatation with doctor. He guides us to practice the best way to control diabetes..But the main problem is the receptionist. I have never seen such an arrogant receptionist in any field. Her age might be around 50. But the way she speaks is not at all professional and i can see some of the regular patients gets irritated and walk off without consulting with doctor.

An ace gentleman doctor who also seems to have graduated from the school of charm, bedside manners and positivity, qualities that seem to have vanished from the profession. I came out feeling like the healthiest man on the planet.

Dr.E. Surender impressed us even on the very first day of our visit. Myself and my husband S. Gopalakrishnan consulted him and he was very punctual and is having very pleasing manners and we are fully satisfied with his medication and suggestions for good life style changes. We give 5 Star ratings to him.
