I want to report PRADEEP technical HR person in illustration team such a rude and unprofessional guy.the company should take action against him. not only as candidate the working staff also report many times for his wrong behavior against colleagues. even though senior manager knows how to behave with candidates pradeep thinks he is CEO of the company and treat everyone rubbish. Job seekers dont waste your time by getting into their premises. If you are going to attend interview in TNQ, you should be ready to waste your energy and time. Interview process will be as usual, but the personal HRs will ask some irrelevant questions to test your endurance level. Even in IT companies they wont ask such questions.If you got selected they will not provide the decent salary package. As a fresher you can expect 6k to 7k.If you are experienced dont go there. They will not even consider your expectation.

Worst and dont waste your time

Well, I cant rate less than 1. My personal rating would be 0. Candidates dont even try to waste your valuable time in this organization. I have been interviewed in canteen area which was located in the terrace covered with asbetos sheet. They made me wait for several hours just to send me home after that. Package discussed was very low and if you are experienced do not try this place.

Simply its waste Its a pre-defind., Already job has allotted by there company workers. First there should hear about what job seekers has saying but they asked one question and they answered that question and at-last they say the job seeker has unfit for the job. Im confused why they posting and sending by mail that we are recuiting. Good Place to learn all the things and especially for freshers and also for experienced peoples. Environment is ok. Full Freedom , n number of benefits, including 3 times food for free , cab also available...In simple word , One of the e-publishing king in e-publishing industry...

Its one of the leading good E-publishing company in chennai. But its not fit for engineering graduates. Please dont choose your careers in that place. You just waste of your time for engineering graduates. I requested to the TNQ Human resources for dont recruited who peoples come by engineering graduates.

Here comes the utmost rule of the school Mobile Phone ban inside work place.. yes its TNQ School’s rule number..##? Sorry couldn’t number that one bcause there r lot of rules.. So add this as follows.Guys i have given single star for them. But, seriously they won’t be eligible for that too.#1 I don’t know why they creating this much scene like mobile phone restriction. Already they setup a rule for mobile phone usage that we have to keep it in silent mode or to switch off it inside work area.So guys we use mobile during leisure hours like break time and Now they curb for that too..#2 Refreshment😂There is no pantry inside like coffee, tea.. You know they will serve coffee or tea two times a day on particular timing.. Well done👏Because if they keep pantry you will spend some 10 to 15 min for having coffee n tea😀Hey TNQ brilliants.. tea nd coffee are not to be served at a particular time. We should have to have it when we need. Its for refreshment😆 i think they will add this rule for water too. Because we often going out to drink water..#3 Do you think that Software team is the only team that helps you to run your entire business?? I dont think so.. So guys to tell it in simple words.. Those school rules are not applicable for them.#3 Most of the employee working there are from other districts. Will calculate.. around 80 to 90% are from out of chennai. Those people join there. work there for 5 yrs to 10 yrs couldn’t update any skill. They Even lack in basic skill Then trapped there forever.. that’s it done.There is lot more inside come and explore if you need.. and don’t blame anyone..i saw lot of people coming for interview. Pls come here if u don’t get job anywhere..so i think someone will benefit by not coming here to spoil their career life.Still more to come..Don’t judge a book by its cover.. this is for their office environment🤭

TNQ very very worst company.. sorry change it as school. Rules are heavy. Formal attire, clean shave, etc, etc rules. Even security person has the rights to send you out when you wear sandals. Next Change your salary part. 8K is what u get when u join there. You think after 2 or 3 years salary part will change??.. haha no it will be still the same 8.5k. Next Sir,Mam rules have to call senior persons as Sir or Mam. Followed his name. Next No scope at all working there. 6 days work a week. And remaining one day is Sunday.you think holiday?strictly No. Even Sunday they force you to come. Still more to come. Verry Verry worst company. Ever seen.Dear HR people,I have mentioned some of the issues in review. So I think there is no need to come in person and to let u know all those one more time. So step out and analyse all these at your convenience.

One hr told to attend the interview even if we are from long distance but another one rejected me at the last round......If they told me that long distance candidates are not eligible for the interview we would not attend the interview at all and both of us time would not be wasted. Tell the candidates from long distance are not eligible ​to attend the interview at the initial stage itself.😣

Rude with freshers dont work there courrept company of cheating

I had to wait for 1 hours outside in parking space because they dont allow people during lunch time. The receptionist didnt intimate the lunch timing during the call. As an outsider attending interview, my experience was not good with the way they made me to wait outside isnt professionalism.
