I ordered Swimming Pool Glass Mosaic tiles from Bathcaff at a premium cost.The staff is high inefficient and extremely indifferent.The order was in shambles from day one and it took 5 months for them to supply on site.Every call had some excuse or the other of an Orwellian character,which assumes a new form every moment.When the material arrived on-site,it was found to be the cheapest quality 100x100 mm tile from Gujarat.Upon flagging the issue,the company representative came and inspected every box of the order.The glass tile was like “Paapad”and not 4 mm thick as promised but 2-2.5 mm.It would have been a disaster in the pool had my architect not stopped the work on time.Bathcaff returned the money but not a word of apology for having messed up the order.I wont comment on their other products or services as I am unaware and this was my first dealing.May be they are good people to everyone,but my stars were at right angles to theirs.Bathcaff’s inefficient staff is to be removed from services should the company wish to propel ahead.As for me personally,I am done with Bathcaff for ever.A Disgruntled CustomerGood Luck.

Great collection, helpful staff, good ambience. The prices are slightly more expensive than other showrooms. However, given that the collection and ambience is better, you might be willing to pay that premium. Ensure that you check availability and price with other showrooms before finalizing and bargain accordingly.

But if you are looking for a normal kind of bathroom fittings it is not the right place to you because here is price so high in bathcaff. The service which they are providing it is not up to the mark by the salesman. But the owner of the shop is good.

Mostly upscale brands when you are looking for bath fixtures. But you would be amazed by their huuuuuuuge collection of tiles. Tiles ranging from 10 to thousands are on display. The tiles get arranged based on the type you choose some take days some take weeks.

With in the Bath caff. Nice show room in Chennai. One must visit here for tile selection.

I had a horrible experience visiting this showroom. Initially when I walked in, there was nobody in the shop who bothered to ask what I had wanted to purchase. The so called showroom manager kept talking on his mobile phone continuously with the least amount of respect given to customers. Later, an office assistant helped me with the brochure and I was interested in purchasing a particular product for which I had to withdraw money from the nearby ATM to make a booking. My car was parked at their premises when I had gone to the ATM. When I returned, there was this arrogant owner of the showroom waiting behind my car who literally yelled at me and asked me to get out of the premises for leaving my car at his place for sometime. I strongly advise everyone to avoid visiting this useless place. Rating: 0/5.

Bad customer Service. They are not interested in small retail orders. ( by small I mean 2lacs 😠😠😠). Their team never responded to my requirement though I visited their shop in person and gave my requirements. zero star.... they also dont show you the items on display voluntarily.. you have to ask them for the options and they dont show the company provided pamphlets.
