Sutherland has a good work environment and it is a good reputed bpo company. It has good cafeteria the rates are also cheap and quality of food is good worthy of each penny. Polite employees. Job openings is there for both voice and non-voice process. There you will undergo lots of filtering process if you go for a walk-in in that company but, still they will train you and will try to put you into the process that fits you. Sutherland always gives a second chance for the people who have certain skills which has to be improved. Sutherland gives first priority to freshers the employees are friendly and will help people to develop skill sets. The drawback is that their processes is slow and it will test your patience also if you are a fresher and starting carrer as customer service executive here there is no much growth as in job promotion.But, It is a good place for a fresher to start the carrer.

The interview process is too long even it takes a whole day for interview or theyll ask us to come in other day. And a kind request if you dont have a effective communication skills pls dont go there. But a good organization for beginners to start their career.

These are the most naive chain of companies Ive ever seen. They just squeeze the heck out the the people coming to work. As a humble request I advise any youngster to not join in this company.

Very bad in treating their employees. They hire candidates who come through direct walk-in or consultancy in contract basis without their knowledge and once the contract period is over they send them home without any prior notice. They promise about increasing increment after a year but they never do. They also hire candidates when they is no volume required for that process. Make those candidates wait for a month or long for joining and on the joining date only they will inform you that the process is called off. Cheap and unprofessional.

There are many international process like symantec, mcafee, Healthcare, etc they pay high when compared to domestic process whereas the pay is low even for experienced and there is no growth. When coming to infrastructure such a good infrastructure and friendly environment. Cafeteria is good. So be wise in choosing your process.

Hi SutherlandTeam,I am Prasant Baboo from Chennai and it was nice working with the company in chennai.The reason behind why i had to leave the company was because of few candidates who were my batchmates in project called Macfee sales and retention. I dont wanna take their names but since i joined the company i was undergoing as per company norms. People in training rooms used to take selfies and do video chats in phones were the initial day of the training itself the trainer told everyone not to use mobile phones. I used to warn them regards that but unfortunately it turned off against me saying that i was messing up with their privacy.I even complained regarding this to my hr recruiter and trainee but it failed as they backstabbed me saying that they will not reveal but they told about me to the other people and i also have proofs with me.Now the thing is him much ever days i worked they havent paid till now. Good to work but if you wish to leave they will ask you to serve notice period for 2 months. They dont cooperate with you. Ultimately you tend to abscond.

Worst Interview rounds : They still conducting Grammer test to the candidates even though they have experienced. Stupdity of Grammer test. HR need to check how they well versed with their process knowledge but they treating as a kinder garden. Simply waste of time..
