I cant give zero star they deserved it. Very worst collection team. Im seen any one like this in my life. I responded to them due to some reasons I cant pickup the calls. They done bad way of using my number generating OTP in many websites to get my attention. Is this the way you treat. Its like very cheap rated things. Completely made my phone dead for almost 30 mins several whatsapp message hello 100 times without gaps. Who ever watching this please beware of this institute.

I took loan from Optacredit and I’m paying the EMI Every month correctly. Due to this pandemic i lost my job and i failed pay the EMI on date, but when i put money on my account to pay the EMI they have charged my money as Fine saying delay in paying the EMI.Seriously this is frustrating yaar. We are suffering a lot in this pandemic and trying hard to earn money. Single penny is valuable for us. When i try to talk about the issue no one is responding me. Please kindly do respond me back.

Third class service. Are they really serving customers? big question. They are taking advantages on the customers who are all suffering financially. Its our mistakes to get loan from them. Nobody is reachable. Only we suffers.

One of the worst service in the finance sector. I am never facing like this problems(customer care number inactive, Office were wind up, partnership were not responding) . even I took two personal loan with two different bank. From three weeks I following them but I didnt get any response. really I want to fore close my loan but I think they arent ready to do. We are all take loan for some critical situation. but we are not missed to pay any single EMI. For that you’re playing like this. dont lose your reputation. since we are not billioner or millioner.I am not ready to give any rating but google will not allow without giving rating

Wort place to take a loan from. Have been sending emails to get the NOC of the loan but to no avail. The numbers on the website are fake.The Co-owner says to contact the other lender even when they have processed a part of the loan.Worst possible service. I regret taking a loan from them.

Excellent Fintech services. Truly innovative. It was so supereasy to get loan approved, right from the application process till the approval/disbursal. Their staff are highly professional. I would like to thank Mr. Ashish Sethi, VP, without this approval this wouldnt have been possible. Their staff, Ms. Yamini Ramakrishnan, Mr. Sathyamoorthy, Asst. Operations Manager highly cooperative, answered my calls even on weekends. Mr. Saranth Chakravarthy, Business Head. Document collection and verification done from home my was highly commendable. PAMAC Representatives were awesome. If anyone, having good CIBIL Score, Banks or NBFCs rejected loan applications, then Optacredit is the place you can try. I will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives. :)

Worst exprience..ask me about this app i will tell u completly.they will tell that ur eligible for loan and aftr getting all the details they will reject u.If it gets approval also there wont b any support only once they will try to do it thats it

Very Prompt in rejecting Loans. Apply to them only when you do not have any other Loan or EMI. Your CIBIL rating may be good but you should not have any other EMI to pay.

Waste of time applying loan here. Totally waste .I waited for long time , I didn’t even got response or update on my loan, when I my self called and enquired about loan , these people are telling rejection of loan.Time waste 🙏

I cant say anything till they approve it, interface is easy and waiting for there commitment time 10 minutes but still more then that

Worst Creditor i have ever seen, they made me fill the application and the system promoted that they will get back to me in 24 hours with the status update. i finally get a response after 3 days in spite of calling them for almost 6 times and sending an email to their support. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very Poor response
