Absolutely no RASCI (no responsibility, accountability, support completion and information). Accounts team sleeps over things does not act on trigger of a fresh customer into system. No process completion hence on a scale of 1-5 its is zero but have given it one. Beware before going with them its blind leading the blind

Trading platform is pathetic... They have lied and kept me on the platform for as long as they could and after I got fed up and moved to Fyers then fundsindia wont issue slip to move my shares and have been giving me a runaround for 4 weeks... I believe they pledge investors securities which is illegal as per sebi... I urge all those reading this review to be highly cautious of fundsindia.

These guys are least responsive, they are not calling even after multiple requests to call. and their support people dont give a damn, I have done a mistake registering with these kind of people. Total waste of time and energy following up with these thick skinned loosers

Very poor customer service similar to traditional government office. A lot of their processes are paper-based and it takes forever to do changes like - address update or bank details change. They did wrong processing of my KYC form (which happened 2 years ago) and gave incorrect bank details to some of the fund houses and its been more than 6 months, i am trying to update the address (in case the fund house defaults to cheque). I want to redeem everything and move out of this platform, but stuck in the middle of address change :P. Every time I place a redemption request, I have followup with them several times. In fact I have to consolidate every thing for them - from redemptions ids, date, folio to matching bank transaction etc. A simple query like - My x redemption requests since y date are not complete doesnt work!Even the customer representatives are of not much help and they tend to provide blanket explanations in case anything goes wrong in the address change. They even asked me to do all these on my own by contacting the concerned govt. bodies and following up with all the fund houses. One of the worst service across industry!!

Has a very bad customer experience..All are paper based and for every request they will ask you to wait for two days..MY KIND ADVICE TO EVERYONE. If you an investor or trader, pls dont open account with them. Zerodha is far far better than this FUNDS INDIA.

Very poor customer service by Fundsindia. I opened a FD of Mahindra and Mahindra for 1 year and 1 month for 8.5 per interest in 2019.it got matured in Sep 2020. During my maturity they just sent me principal amount and didnt gave me interest amount. From last 8 months, I am following up with them but still they have given my interest amount. I called them multiple times but very poor service. No response . Please dont open any FD account with fundsindia. They are cheaters. I would have given negative review but we dont have that option.

I have been investing in MFs through FundsIndia from last 5 years. I had very good experince with their customer service team. Their advisors are very good. They always guide based on our requirements. Very happy with their overall service.

On 12th January, there seems to be fraud of approximately rs .10000 and nobody is serious to give reply.Still waiting for call from senior Officer.

All funds are reguler and not direct funds moreover returns of funds recommended by their side is much lesser than the other peers of same type in a longer run. It seems they recommend funds which give them more brokerage. Though the reps are informative n helpfull in all respects.

Good and quick customer care services.

Even though I am currently investing with Fundsindia, I dont see the reason why one should make Fundsindia their stock broker.They charge Rs 20/- for every Delivery Buy/Sell order.A person buying and/or selling stocks say 10 times a day ends up paying Rs 200/- as brokerage. (not including STT charges).Now when the market was all time low (after the trading halt), Fundsindias servers stopped working, depriving me of the opportunity to purchase stocks at a market low.The Fundsindia app doesnt even show my BTST orders, making one wonder where their recently purchased stocks vanished.Moreover, there is lack of agility when it comes to customer service.I acknowledge that every company cant perform ideally all the time.But then, Rs 20/- brokerage fees per transaction, possibly a requirement for the companys revenue model, is an exorbitant amount for an individual customer like me.Hoping for a market improvement so that I can sell all the stocks and exit from this broker asap.

To those parents who are planning to get a job for there daughter in this office...pls dont enroll your daughter one of the worst office they dont consider as employees but as a slave..one of worst & waste office...kindly think twice before enrolling here...

4th class broker. 90% times their site remains down and very poor interface. Poor stock advice. 80% stock buy recommendation by them is wrong. I am in heavy loss because of their poor stock advice.

FundsIndia has improved a lot in past few years. Recently they have launched Robo advisory services which is more comortable to invest. I have been investing in FundsIndia past 3 years and its very user-friendly platform. The customer advisory service has also improved a lot but I would say it should improve much more since sometimes the customer service is not quite responsible. But since its Robo advisory now, one doesnt have to worry about choosing what type of funds to invest. Happy investing!!!

Worst customer service, no one is replying. I have tried calling customer care, mobile number which i have got through mail they sent and the landline number from which they contacted me the previous day. I have at least tried calling them for 30-40 time in 2 days, no ones picking up. And in the mail they have mentioned to send few documents for verification through WhatsApp to their employee (Dhivya P) number. I have also try to contact them by texting through whatsapp. Worst part of it is, app is showing that the person is online but she is not replying. The company itself is based on money of so many people, HOW CAN YOU BE SO CARELESS???I have given 1star because the is no option of negative pointsDONT USE THIS

Worst company , day 1 six times I called no response , day 2 on the 2 nd time one Rekha picked up the phone and artificially apologised promised that some one will call in 30 minutes , no calls at all , then I called after 2 hours no response good that I came to know their worst service before investing , beware of this company, many companies post positive reviews themselves , need to check before hand . NRIs beware. The quick account opening process is all hype. Its very cumbersome and I had to resort to multiple calls to the on-boarding team just to get it activated. They dont respond to emails at least in my case they did not. Finally when they did activate the account, several features were disabled and I was told that the hardcopy paperwork is required, despite their site claiming quicker provisional activation for 15 days. I just dont like being misled. Their SmartSolutions also do not work without an ECS mandate.I unfortunately made 1 investment through them, but might not continue. I will be looking at ScripBox, Zerodha and fundsupermart as possible alternatives.
