I took personal loan in 2019. Many banks rejected my loan application.But monexo gave loan and I am a regular payer.Full online process and no hassle. Only thing is they have slight high interest rate compared to banks. Others are ok

A person who has deposited one lakh rupees can give a loan but cannot sell his portfolio in the secondary market, why is that?It will take about three years for 1 lakh rupees to come back ... so think carefully before investing Rs. in Monexo.

Be guarded against using them. The team does not respond including the CEO. Returns way lower than what was promised. Poor experience overall

Please note all lenders: I have been a lender with Monexo and it is a very good risk-less investment option. But if you invest less than five lakhs you cannot sell the portfolio in the secondary market. You will invest one lakh rupees. It will take you 1 year to get one lakh rupees back, it is very difficult.

I request to all customers dont take loan from this bank, I am paying loan since 2018 but still my loan is not completed sating still needs to pay and after sending payment made details also this peoples sends mail every morning stating payment is pending , they will put penalty like anything, such a money minded bank, more over they dont even reply on mail what we ask questions of getting mails of which payments has been made. Even I was working in banking sector but like this non of the banks wont trouble Every morning sending mails and calls. Incase if anyone takes loan from this bank by mistakely also, they will show you hell like keep on calling sending messages on whatsapp and mails. Please dont take loans at any emergency time also.

On the face of it ,it all looks good, but when you see your loan portfolio, the interest earned for me is all in loans which are either doubtful or irrecoverable after ainvesting for a span of 2 years.Also nobody takes any interest once you have invested.Till then you will be constantly bombarded with calls telling you how to invest.I am sorry but this is the bitter truth from my experience.Hopefully the management will respond to this and help me recover my hard earned money.Caveat emptor

If you get loan from Monexo Their unethical way of collection and charges are huge ...They dont follow a proper due date and present cheques as they wish and make it bounce ...Your due date 1. 3. 5 any day and do it to make you feel bad... Here Borrowing is Bad and Lending is far more Bad.

Monexo - I am really thankful to them, I worked for startup company in Chennai where I tried all the banks but no one approved my loan. but finial I applied Online no paper work. After few days my loan got approved and its take late to come in to my bank account. Compare to other bank there services is good But important thing is the interest rate will be very high. At the time of application filling they offered 13% interest rate as per the data which I provided, after uploading all the necessary documents which they requested, after document verification offered me 19.80 interest rate, in the mean time we have to verify our bank account through there online portal and we have to upload documents every time they asked, even though we have already provided them previously and after and before approval 6% interest rate Hike. not fair, I was totally misguided by their portal and Monexo.

I repay the full loan amount for your employee told but your employees Will be the increase the amount every time this is not fair ,I repay the loan amount fully your employee come and collect cheque but not to produce bank for collection than next week I call and ask he told me some mistake happen in cheque he requested to pay online than I cancelled the cheque I will pay the online now another employee call and ask amount of rs 2500 bending to pay and also he told me if you not pay the amount dont give NOC what is this is a way to treat your customer
