Poor professionalism...fake promises....I gave my PC for service...He said hard disk is to be changed. I asked him, even after changing hard disk if problem is not resolved, it will be a loss to me. He promised , if PC does not work after changing hard disk, I will take back hard disk and you dont have to pay for hard disk. I said ok. He changed hard disk and switched on PC at his shop. PC worked.....I paid Rs.2500 .But PC did not work when I switched on at my house. I brought back my PC to him. He changed a battery in CPU. It worked at his shop. But not worked in my house. Again I took my PC to shop. Now he said RAM and mother board are to be changed. I said, I am not ready to spend money on this PC anymore . I requested him to take back hard disk and give back my money as he promised initially. He denied to take back hard disk. Just because I believed his words , I have lost Rs.2500 . Please check your PC or laptop multiple times in his shop itself before taking it home. Once you pay the money, his response will be extremely poor.
