Worst company to work with. They dont pay salary even after two - three months. Even after getting the orders with lots of hard work, company management says they need another 2 months of time to deliver the material on the last day of the delivery schedule date. This happens every time and not one time.The so called top management is not bothered about their employees. They want to enjoy life and employees has to struggle even for getting the conveyance.IF YOU ARE JOINING THIS COMPANY MEANS, YOU ARE FALLING INTO DITCH / TRAP.Be very careful about this company.AFTER READING THE BELOW REPLY FROM THE SO CALLED OWNER OF THE COMPANY, I AM AGAIN REPLYING TO HIS WORDS.You have said zero performance. Who got the orders from big companies like TGSIN, AVTEC, Asahi Glass. Were you able to deliver the material to these companies in time. Are you able to communicate with your clients and employees ever. You were always talking about big things. But your value addition to your clients and employees are a big NIL.Other employees are not able to add comments here because they are fearing of not getting the salary. I know if they are fearful or not, they wont get the salary. I know this, because I know the so called TOP MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY.You have talked about the experience of mine. Yes, I am experienced and have relevant know to talk even to the top management of any company on earth. YOU ALSO AWARE OF THIS, THE WAY I WAS DEALING WITH THE MULTIPLE CLIENTS.How many employees have worked more than one year in your company. 100, 10, 1, 0. I know at least 10 people (just in the sales department) who have joined infront of me or had just joined with me and has left your company without even informing you. This is because of your handling capability (again this is because of sales people who were getting orders - even the PO, but you were never able to deliver the material to them). Yes off course people wont stay in your company if you dont pay them and not deliver to the clients. It is you who should have the performance capability too and not only employees.If I continue to write, than I should keep on writing.This should be more than enough for you.
