I paid two wheeler premium for renewal of my policy recently , money deducted from the account and not received renewed policy. I raised customer complaint thro email. no response from the customer care. I tried to chat with the customer care , it is difficult to reach out the customer care personnel. The services are not professional and not responsive.

Terrible company!!! I have a group health insurance policy with them. My wife was hospitalized in May 2019 and they rejected the entire claim citing pre-existing disease. Since the amount was not substantial, I let it go unchallenged (BIG MISTAKE) dreading the long drawn process is. However, my wife was recently hospitalized for a drug related tremors/seizure (a mild stroke) and the company sent a health claim clarification letter about her diabetes and hypertension. I smelt a rat & cautioned them in an email not to obfuscate the issue in an attempt to deny my claim. Now, Ive received a letter from them rejecting the claim on pre-existing symptoms. I plan to challenge this with the Ombudsman and also file a case in the consumer forum. This review is to caution everyone against falling into this companys unholy clutches.Addendum to the above: The Ombudsman ruled in my favor and forced the company to settle my claim in full with interest. The company was specifically cautioned not to deduct anything. In fact, the Ombudsman roasted the company retained doctor by implying that he had very little medical knowledge.
