Neat clean place. They are following all the covid protocols. This place has a washroom too. And post covid subway has stopped trays.

Went at 10:45am, they said the bread was being baked and it might take an hour. The veggies hadnt arrived as well. The chairs and tables hadnt been arranged either. We were asked to go to Gopalapuram Subway instead.

Subway is for fresh veggies and sandwich. But here sometime they dont have olives, sometime other veggies.Staff behaviour is not that good. Slow process.Waste of time

One of the oldest Subway franchises in the city, but also one that has fallen to ruin due to lack of maintaienece and oversight.The service is not bad, but the staff is highly disorganised and aloof.A lot of ingredients are unavailable at most times and proportions are all over the place, which is highly indicative of improperly trained staff.

Shop are neat ...but rate soo high ...taste of the food is not that much good.

Excellent service. It was 8.45am when I went in yo order 2 subs. The person in the counter said they are open only around 11am. I requested that its my daughters birthday and I wanted to surprise her with sub for bf. The guy in the counter (Abdulla) was so courteous and obliged. He made the subs for me and my day was made. Thanks to Abdulla and to Subway for this excellent service. My 5 stars to Subway👍👍

Customer service is good..but always there will be shortage of some materials or menu choices... quality of stuffing and sauce is bad... its not fresh...

They didnt have their AC on and didnt have the option to pay through credit card either

Toaster oven repair. Cannot toast the cheese. Only Italian white bread is available at 8pm. Pathetic.

Unhygienic and not a proper response to the customer

A usual subway restaurant in the area servicing since the nearest Citi Center mall is temporarily closed. Due to Covid 19 precautions, the seats in the restaurant have been separated by a required space, and only one personnel is serving customers because of which the service is slow but acceptable during the current situation. Sanitizer available just after entering the restaurant. The dine in orders are also packed in covers, avoiding the use of plates.

Im disappointed in the service because Vegetables were very scarce in the veg section and the employee just took vegetables from the non-veg section and used them. I have been coming to subway because of the way they separate veg and non veg sections and because of their hygiene. Now Im not going to this branch again.

Very unresponsive attendees... We should buy attentiveness from shop for them actually am standing@ their veg pavilion for a while and they dont even have a courtesy to attend the customer and they are busy in working at their inner space for some other works ... If youre willing to work then first attend the customer and enquire about his need of which type of food... And not like a lame people... Atleast work for what you earn or else atleast try to keep your food pavilion working at any cost... I didnt expect this from you guys...

Seats are arranged as per regulations to the current pandemic and much precautions are taken to main a healthy environment inside
