Experienced the worst interview process ever. They dont have knowledge on how to select candidates. Only people with internal referrals can get through this senseless selection method.

Candidates Please dont waste your time by attending their useless Interview.These people have zero knowledge on what they are doing.

Recently i attended an interview in athena, where asked freshers to apply...i got shortlisted and wrote assessments. Technically the assessment were so easier and i had a bit of confidence that i can get through it. But unfortunately the people who wrote the assessment good were thrown out. If you people need herd of sheeps to work..say it before! Waste of time and dignity.

Worked in Athena for 2 years... excellent ambience and spacious workstations... their culture statement is Learn, Teach,Teamwork, Tenacity.. sounds cool, right?... would be great if it spreads across the entire organisation.. like any other company, they had to make crucial decisions which benefited some employees and affected some..overall a good company and one of the few companies where you get to know the real meaning of work life balance..

Good place for interview but you will be made to wait for a long time and one day only one round which is very bad. After attending several rounds of interview process, they will not inform you about your status and very poor to reply to our mail even after 1 month. Poor response and guys avoid attending interview there. Last thing you get is waiting for a long time.

Folks, athena health interview process is not fair because they never select the candidate as they dont know what their looking for. I went three rounds interview process I have answered max interview questions decently however i dont know what the reason they have rejected me. They have rights to reject the candidate but asking me to come directly to attend the interview even they doesnt know what they are looking for instead of they would have do telephonic interview if candidate is good then asking me to come face to face interview.my main focus here is if a candidate not selected they could know status in first round or second round itself, After completing three rounds than rejected a candidate is not fair.
