Good overall experience. Surgeries are done through latest technology and all the services related to eye is available. Best place for cataract surgeries.Only one cons is too much crowdy and requested to deal maximum insurance companies which will benefit the patients.

Poor crowd management. No one cares if youre a fresh patient or someone post a surgery. They seem to almost like holding a big crowd with a poor process.

My Mother-in law underwent cataract surgery for both her eyes in the last two weeks. Professional and organised services rendered by Dr. Vishnu and his team.My family members have been under the care of Dr. Surya Prakash, Dr. Madhavi and Dr. Vishnu for over a decade. Our family never had to look beyond Vishnu Eye Clinic for eye care.

It was such an overwhelming expirience we had here. Starting from the chief doctor to the bottom most staff everyone was so polite and did their job very well.They made us comforble in all possible ways.We underwent our treatment wihout ant hassle. Two stars because of wait time. One can understand the wait time after the preliminary examination because of numerous tests. However, a 2.25-hour wait to be called for a preliminary examination is unpardonable. Why can they not introduce an appointment system which will ensure a preliminary examination examination with 15 minutes. I am of the view doctors in our country do not respect a patients time.

Waiting time went up to 3 hours, even when I went really early. They dont follow a token system, so you never when you will be called or if you will be called.Exorbitant consultation charge: Rs 700After waiting forever, the doctors appointment is very quick and rushed.Extremely crowded.

The worst clinic you can go to.. Insane amount of time is spent just waiting ur turn, people who come later are sent before you, no proper token system or any system that ensures you get to see the doctor on time.. My advice based on my experience with them is, Never go there if you value your time because, They sure dont...Cant comment on doctors as didnt get to see them..

Vishnu eye clinic is quite easily the best medical facility I have visited. We live in Australia and my mom in law had severe cataract and the prices are very high in Australia, so we came to Chennai to get it done. What we experienced defines the word called professionalism. The doctors are brilliant and everything works like clock work and they treat you like family. My mom-in-law told me that it is better than the facilities abroad. I would recommend this hospital for anyone who has issues with their eyes.

My father had severe cataract on both his eyes and Vishnu eye clinic provided excellent medical care in treating his cataract. They have all the facilities under one roof to provide complete eye care and overall process of the surgery was well managed end to end. Yesterday I went this clinic... I have Dry eyes problem in last 4 years.... Famous eye clinics yellame poitten... No one understand my feelings, pain.... But yesterday I went to this clinic.. Vishnu eye clinic... I met Dr. Sindhuja mam.... She is wonderful.. Good doctor.. She only understand my pain, irritation..... My problem will cure or not whatever... But her treatment method is good.... Her explanation is good.... Mind wise I relaxed yesterday... Thank u mam...... Thank u so much....

Extremely long wait time. No patient que listing via a digital display. You dont get to know how many patients ahead of you or when is your turn unless you walk over to the reception to enquire. In todays digital world, this can be easily fixed if the management wants to.

One of the best. Amongst commercialization its rare to find clinics that prescribe only whats required. My entire family has been visiting them for years. Wouldnt opt or suggest elsewhere. PS: Watch out for crowd, especially during weekends.

Pros: Best place for eye care and there is no doubt about getting best treatment with true value for money. DRs are experts in the field.Cons: Too long patient waiting time, especially some of the reception staff are very inconsiderate in understanding the needs or requests of some of the patients who are waiting too long beyond stipulated waiting time.Rude reply from some male staff and failed to understand ones situation.There is absolutely no complaints on treatment or drs only the support staff have to be more understanding and serve the patients in a better way possible. Hope management attends to the cons to serve their loyal patients in much better way possible.

My dad has undergone cataract surgery over here very costly and business minded people no patient care, irresponsible management busy in minting money, u can take money but give quality care to people.

Very high end location...Filled with workers at every corner...Seriously didnt know who does what....Went for dads cataract...More was like a business....Just did a couple of tests and consultation , bill was 5500rs...and when I asked for the cost of the surgery, I was given a pamphlet with different surgery n cost... I felt like I was in mahindra holiday resort package selection all over again...

Very good. I have been using this hospital for past 30 years. Yes, wait time is high and unorganized. Need to improve on it. Take appointments and stick to the time. It should not become half day affair for eye check up.

Please find another clinic!Waiting period is too long.. and is not an elderly friendly environment and above all you will not be given reports if you dont take the scans or tests they ask for .. overall I felt I wasted three hours of my time !

Too crowded and there is no proper management of the crowd as well. Had to wait for 3hrs. I dont know when people will start respecting time and appointments.

Very Good eye clinic with courteous doctors. As in any eye clinic you will have to wait a bit if you dont go in early. There is no pre booking here just first in first served.

I really love the doctor as he is down to earth and supportive as well, but due to some staffs the name and fame is going down. I really like Chandru the way he assists and the guy next to Chandru who is lean and fair is showing attitude. Dr Surya sir please fix this guy.
