They have repaired my husbands eye glass at free of cost and advised to use for another 1 year as there is no change in the existing power. I went to buy a frame for my lens, frame is very good, I loved it, but the lens is not fitting properly in the frame. They said clearly that this is the issue. I have given 4 star because of WOW customer service. My only concern is if the lens is not fitting properly in the frame then why I have to pay Rs. 900/-?.
