The shop is located at the heart of the Street.The shop posses latest designs.The shop is sanitised, pleasant.The service staff is so kind.Miss Punitha had sound knowledge about optics and she Clarified all my doubts.She was very sweet and overall experience was good. Review after deliveryHave reduced the stars for the following issues-Firstly the most worst thing. In the lens box R and L was written other way, both are totally different powers and one of which is torric lens. I dont know do dey know abt the consequences of this kind of a mistake. Because I have tested in the same showroom and I wasnt given any prescription as well. Since am using my lens for 10 years I know wat is my power. This could be night mare for new users-Secondly I personally told gimme a ring as soon as u receive the product from ware house since I dont have spare. I havent got any call as dey promised to deliver me 1st oct. Till 3rd oct i didt receive any call i was trying to call to the branch and it was routed to customer care and dey told me that my order is delivered to showroom on Wednesday itself.-Thirdly i was asked to buy 500ML solution instead of 300ml. Den i was convinced and ordered 500ml which will serve me at least 7 to 8 months even though if dispose the solution every day some time may come more than this period . The product was manufactured in 2020 n abt to expired in 2022. I dont even want to comment on this one. Because i was given a crazy answer wen I asked for an new dated one.I would have given 0 rating to this kind of service however the staff are good. A quiet little store offering a good selection of frames and lenses. Staff are well qualified and explain features. An optometrist on hand serves to check your eye sight and write prescription. Prices are reasonable.

The store takes longer time to deliver stuff and give false promises on delivery dates , they are more keen on money and collect all the money upfront even before u see the product , this is not the case with any other local store where u can pay a advance and pay remaining at delivery of product , this lens kart store does not bother to inform u about the the status of the product , u need to do all the follow-up by visiting the store once in a while amidst ur schedule to know when the spectacles will be delivered , they Don pick phones mostly and therj customer care service centre is a joke , they take all ur details and still say u need to find out at the store where u placed the order , so if u have enough time and enough physical strength u can place orders here and do the follow up as store does not care once they get money based on a tentative false promise date , ordinary local opticals are far better as they have commitment to customers to inform about profucy status compared to this branded hypeEdit , post usage the glasses get fogged and finger printed too easily and also so much scratchy and tough to clean , thess glasses wont last more than 6 months as they get too fooggy and finger prnited

They simply blame people for looting the money. Dont trust Lenskart. Recently we purchased high end glasses which does not last for one month. When i approached the store and showed my scratched lens he is helpless and our lens are scratch resistant but not scratch proof.

The entire Lenskart warranty system is a complete scam. I bought a Lenskart spectacles around 5 months back. I got one more as free. I have been using one pair regularly and the other pair occasionally. One fine day I decided to use the latter and opened the box only to find it broken in two pieces. The former is also deeply scratched. So shocked I approached the Lenskart stores for assistance. I had been thinking they would help me get a replacement but they informed that the warranty does not cover breakage. It only covers discoloration. Come on, who replaces Spectacles for discoloration. And I have been using spectacles for 16 years you can take my word when I say none of my previous specs got scratched so soon. Its my fault to have believed in 1+1 machine made non defective pieces scam...DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.STICK TO YOUR OLD OPTOMETRIST

Very low quality products. Even though the products look very classy and good they fail to sustain regular usage. I brought one specks which broke off on its own within 6 months.

Very big store in Adyar opposite to titan eye plus.. basic model is 1500 and buy one get one free.. they do eye check up with sophisticated instruments by certified optamologist..

Worst Service from this store. My first orders measurements were taken incorrectly by the lenskart employee and had to wait for another week to reorder and receive it.My 2nd Order was good and have no complaints about it. A week before went into the store to order spectacles for my dad and when enquired about lenskart cash the sales person told that it is expired and we will sent a mail to renew it and it may take 2-3 days.We were okay with it and returned back.Today (4-Aug-18) went into the store again to proceed with the order hoping that the LK cash would have been renewed by now. Disappointingly we got the same response.1.Does it take 2 weeks to renew Lk cash?2.Do we have to wait for 2 weeks to order and wait for another week to receive it?Fraustrated and Disappointed with the service.Update:One of the worst decision in my life is to revisit the Lenskart to order a pair for my father hoping their service and quality would have improved .But things have gotten even worser, I ordered a pair on 28 Jan 2020. Got delivered on 2nd Feb. But there was issue with Spectacles and was returned on 10-Feb. Till 18th Feb there was no action taken by the store. After complaining to the site they took action and told me it would take another 3 days to receive the spectacles .If you order in Lenskart be prepared to receive your order after a month .
