Hi,Its my immense pleasure in sharing my review for U S PARTY HALL. I booked it for my kids 1st birthday on 11th Aug. I was delighted with the arrangements made by Mr. Mithun (Party Hall Owner).. Party hall was clean, neat and tidy. He shared his best practices to make my day special. I have no words to express my gratitude. Low cost. Clean and looks good. Best for small functions with buffet. Very small hall and no seperate place for dining.So Hall is good for 50 to 80 people. Not good for more than that. Only staircase available. So not good for older age people. AC is not effective for more crowd.

Down to earth manager.. He was very calm and did everything he could to help us throw our baby girls cradle ceremony. Place was neat and tidy. Worth the price we paid for.

Good place for small events like birthdays , farewell etc. Main attraction is dance floor. At a time some 15 to 20 people can dance on it. Bring DJ at your own cost. Project facility is available. Average food. Unisex restroom. Closest landmark is Chennai silks . 10 mins auto travel from Velachery MRTS station.

Good for parties and kids events. Dont go for it if you are looking for a formal function. A lot of steps to climb too.

Wonderful place. Last month, we celebrated my sons first birthday party there. It was a cozy affair for only a group of 25. So, the space wasnt a constraint for us. Everyone had a wonderful time. The kids loved the dance floor. The manager Mithun was the best. He was really helpful with the arrangements for the party too. We have gone ahead with his suggestions for the decorator (Arun) and for the caterer (Rajesh - MRM Catering) and both of them did a wonderful job. The only downside was the absence of lift to the 2nd floor which the elders found a little difficult. But we were well informed of the same before we booked the party hall. And the hall was very clean and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend to anyone who are looking for a venue for holding small parties.

We have booked this hall for our sons first birthday and the kids came to the birthday enjoyed dancing on the dance floor. It is a good party hall with affordable rate which can hold 120-150 people if it is floating crowd. Mithun, the party Halls owner is so kind and speaks to the people so polite. Added advantage is you can book the caterer you like. No compulsion to go with Halls caterer. Recommends this hall for those who need a decent place to celebrate their function.

Good party hall for normal requirements. Affordable rate. Has a dance floor also. The audio system is readily available. If you have a laptop you yourself can be the DJ without spending any penny.You can also arrange buffet / food. Seperate area is allotted for the same.Good selection for a meeting of not more than 50 members.

A small party hall for birthday parties, farewell etc. This hall structure is discomfited that it has two stage and improper seating structure. Apart from that this hall has a awestruck lightings and sound systems.

We recently celebrated our daughters first birthday in the US party hall. We had a great time and I highly recommend this hall to anyone looking to have any event or party. The owner Mithun was very helpful and was present throughout the evening to be of help during the event.The highlight of the hall was the dance floor with the lighting effects and it was a big hit with all the kids. There are also other subtle light effects which were very attractive for taking great photos.One other plus point is that you can provide your own catering which we preferred to do.This is a great event hall at a very good price which you can consider while looking for conducting events.

This facility is ideal for a group of 70 to 100 people which has a wonderful party ambience. The large size stage on one side of this hall is apt for hosting any sort of family or corporate functions such as birthday celebration and team building activities. The highlight of this place would be the kids dance floor and the party light settings with nice speaker arrangements. Kids simply love the dance floor and the small play area at the corner. Also, the proprietor of this place Mr Mithun is always at your service should you require any help no matter how small or big it is. His hospitality and the business transparency add more value to this facility. Over all, this is a beautiful little party hall at a very very affordable rent.

Celebrated my sons first birthday and we loved the celebration to the core. Not just us, but the whole crowd enjoyed it to the fullest. Prime reason being the hall ambience, the dance floor set up, which could never be seen in any other party halls. It would be insane if I did not mention about Mr.Mithun, the hall owner, who has made us feel at home, in all aspects, let it be coordinating with the caterer, the decorator, ... moving around all the corners to see all is well. He was so humble and.., oops.., forgot that this review should be more about the hall - such was the experience. The hall, the best in class. I would strongly recommend this if you are looking to party with 100 to 120 and if climbing up to second floor doesnt matter (worth it, I will say). U.S. Party hall - Satisfaction guaranteed. We booked this Hall for the Second Time for a Baptism Celebration for our daughter on December 1st,2018. The reason for us to come back is because of Mr. Mithun Hospitality. We wanted to decorate the back stage on our own and we went at 7 am on Dec1st,2018 to the Hall for the same. In spite of having long working night till 3.00 am the previous day Mr. Mithun accepted our request and came in person to open the Hall to allow us to decorate. It speaks volume of his business skills in ensuring High Customer Satisfaction. As usual his staff ensured the place was clean and the Air Conditioning was maintained at perfect temperature to accommodate a moving crowd of 100 people. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

A good place to host bday and other small functions.Owners of the party hall is too friendly and highly approachable.The place is easy assess enabled via various mode of transport.Ambience of the hall is fantastic especially the dance floor with disco light setup along with kids play area is 1st of this kind for the budget they quoted.They allow outside caterers to serve food ...There are only 2 cons I would say1. A.c. in the hall was not so powerful2. No lift makes it Difficult to climb 2 floors ...Overall too good and very economical

The manager approachable and helpful. During the party the manager was not around due to a personal commitment however the staffs extended their full support to make the party a success.Overall experience is highly satisfied and would recommend to all friends and family.

Us party hall is best for the outside decoraters. The owner himself had patience to stay up all night just for us so that we could complete our work on time.

A compact and sweet hall for birthday parties and small functions. 2nd floor. Has a tiny dance floor with dj. Entrance of the hall is not so good. 4 star!

If you are looking for a birthday hall for small group of people, I bet this is the best place ... The rental amount you pay is pretty decent and satisfactory for the location. Manager of this hall-Mr.Mithun, is very polite and adjusting. He makes sure that he is available during function timings so that function goes on well.My suggestion to the management would be to install lift facility and power backup which would add more value to this place.

Party hall is less expensive and covers all the cost involved including audio system and mic, except food and decoration. There is no place for serving food to people. Only buffet system where people can take the food and eat standing or go inside the celebration have and have a seat. Only limitation is the food serving area.

Perfect Hall for a birthday party! It was maintained neat and clean and the decorations were great as well! The manager Mithun was very courteous and cooperative. Music selection was great and all the guests appreciated the whole ambience. Will recommend to all.

We celebrated our daughters first bday here. Hall is good and have dance floor so kids enjoyed. I feel lighting can be brighter, photos were dull because of dimmed lights . Rest all was good.

The hall was so clean and well maintained. The stage was pre decorated and we did not require any decorations. The chairs for seating looked so good and the ambient was nice too. The dressing room was good and comfortable. Hall had some space outside to help us distribute return gifts.Restroom was neat and well maintained. Mr. Mithun the hall owner was very helpful and coordinated so well with us. Hall has a little play area for children and kids who attended the function loved them. Overall we loved and had a great experience.

We can park our vehicles near platform and the place is clean. Wish there was a lift as elderly people were finding it hard to reach the 2nd floor.
