A nice hall with a capacity of 250-300 people. Good ambience with well maintained ample space, interior and decor. Lift facility available. Car parking available for 10-12 cars and 25-30 bikes. The cost for the hall would be 2 lakhs per day. They offer all the A-Z services right from Decorations to Catering all inclusive for a package of 5 Lakhs per day. The Dining hall is quite need and big with a capacity of 100 people. Simply a gem in this locality. The renovation made is so neat and perfect which suits you for all your family function needs.

Good accommodation for people and decent parking facility with good ambience

First thing is that this hall has been renovated fully and now this has to be the one of the finest wedding hall in in this location. I have been to this hall before renovation and I know how bad it is. Things have changed and the ambience is good.Hall capacity is 300+ and dinning would be 150 per sitting. With regards to the parking this hall can accommodate 10 to 15 cars and 50 two wheeler at a time.Mandapam is situated just off the Pammal main road. But remember that road outside the Mandapam is very narrow so expect some traffic jams during peak hours.Mandapam is equipped with elevator and even the staircase is well built so that using staircase wont be a difficult thing.Overall I, would recommend this hall for families who like to perform their wedding and other auspicious occasions with not more than 400 members.

Front road width is very narrow, difficult to turn right from main road to reach the mahal during peak hours. Parking is available for only 5 to 10 cars you have to find a parking spot in the narrow road for which you will take 15 mins, plan 15-30 mins extra additionally to reach the hall.

Not so good or bad but the situated street is narrow. But for that it is ok.

This is probably the most over rated Mandapam in town. It is located in a very narrow street. They have parking for just 5 cars and the rest will have to park on the narrow street which is thickly populated. The owner of the mandapam has no sense when is comes to figuring out a place to build a Mandapam. I can here for my friends wedding and had to park three streets away.

In parking there is no ventilation , fully look like furnace.

We came over to this worst mandapam with our family for a wedding. Its been one of the most horrifying experience. The mandapam has the parking for just 5 cars and above that the mandapam is in a very narrow street which is just 15 ft wide in a very thickly populated area.I wouldnt recommend anyone having their function here because you would be putting your friends and relatives in a very bad situation. They would hate to come to this mandapam.

This is one of the worst Kalyana Mandapams I have been to. Theres very limited parking facility. The owner isnt helpful in Anyway and the staff at the Mandapam are rude and unruly. Since they dont have parking they allow the vehicles to be parked on the road opposite to the Mandapam due to which chaos prevails every time. My friends marriage was a bad experience since we had to fight with the local people for the mistake done by the owner of the Kalyana Mandapam. We also got to know that the building is illegitimate from a local authority.If you want a peaceful experience, please dont come here.

I have been to this marriage hall for many functions when it was on old structure. Post renovation the hall is excellent with all facilities available in the hall and have pretty decent parking space as well. Good to conduct all type of function and elders can move the second floor and first floor with the help of lift. One of the best on pammal & pallavaram location.

I came here with my friends to attend a wedding. This was the worst possible experience. The Mandapam is in the middle of a thickly populated area with bad access from the main road. The roads leading to the Mandapam is always jam packed with cars and bikes due to the prevailing local population. The Mandapam doesnt have adequate parking. The guests have to park their cars and bikes on the road causing havoc and chaos to the local population. We had to fight with the local people to get to the Mandapam. The Mandapam itself didnt have water supply and was maintained poorly.

Medium sized hall, could host between 300-400 people. Dining area needs more attention in terms of cleanliness, did not smell good because of AC+ DAMPNESS + food.

The hall is suitable for receptions, parties and other functions. It is easily accessible by bus . Just 2 mins walk from krishna nagar bus stop. Another landmark is a temple which is situated to the left of it.

Please dont book this nandaram for any marriage function. They fracture my left leg in to two pieces and using tata ace four wheeler. Which was used to construction work on that day when accident happened. But no one trying to meet me from their side. See how human beings are living in this world without humanity. ,😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢. Be a human being, then only you will be good human being. Other wise your useless to every human. Think think think.

Good Mandapam for big functions especially marriage, poonal, etc1. Modified recently but internal bathroom guyser, flush etc requires working condition.2. Lift is NOT in right condition, the sensors are not sensitive .3. Charges are high and need to be bargained4. Parking would be a problem as the roads are not wide.Other facilities are good. The management must be in right hands.
