This Mahal is located near Koyambedu. Main place of the city. The Mahal is a decent one. First floor is dining. Second floor is the actual place for conducting weddings, meetings, reception and parties. There is a huge parking lot. There is a open terrace. The air conditioning is good. It can occupy nearly 300 members. There is a lift for travelling to second floor. Overall a nice mahal.

One of the best mahal for family function and corporate parties near arumbakkam

Located on the main road is the plus to this hall. The parking space is very narrow and roughly about 10 cars can be parked. The hall is of good size but only three rooms on the party hall. The room adjacent to the stage has a good sized bathroom. The other two rooms are tiny. The caretakers doesnt give you the remote for the air conditioners inside the rooms but thanks to technology you can use your mobile as remote controllers, if your smart phone supports. The dining hall is also spacious.The halls need a good maintenance which is lagging. The rooms were extremely cold at night even after switching off the ACs. You can see the metro trains running through one of the windows in the room.. the kids will love this. There is a separate stage if you want to organise a game event or arrange a dance floor.The toilet is very small in the hall rooms and the bathroom doesnt have any rail to hang your clothes. The attached bathrooms are quite messy and require a redesign but I overall this hall could be great if some maintenance aspects are considered by the owners.

Very good parking its on the main road

We had fixed our daughters wedding at subam wedding hall in August 2019. The Interaction ,coordination,response and promptness was exemplary. The banquet office officials were very humble, polite and extremely helpful and prompt in guiding and clearing all doubts. The positive response enabled us to perform the wedding very smoothly. This hall is strongly I recommended.

This Subam Mahal A/C ArumbakkamIs so comfortable to make big functions like 2 days marriage and also suits for small function like birthday functions. The budget is so affordable.This particular wedding hall the service are excellent. The parking facility is amazing inside marriage hall we can park 15-30 cars and in Metro station we can park upto 80-95 cars. ThisWedding hall it suits for all the function. The ownerand staffs are so kind any help we can anytime they will help you

SUBAM MAHAL A/C @ Arumbakkam is theOne of the best marriage halls in chennai. Plus it is located next to arubakkam metro station plus it is in 100 ft road. The looks so comfortable .The owner and Staffs was so helpful and what help you need they will take the call immediately at Anytime. I had done my one of the function here and I am fully Staticsfied of the marriage hall. The Rooms and bathrooms were so clean . The marriage hall also clean and neat. Awesome place for wedding functions,when I enter in lobby I feel very nice, walls and ceiling in lobby created good aesthetic sense, hall is giving nice to sit and watch the function comfortable chairs are covered with good clothing looks very nice , in ceiling superb giving that we are sitting in a royal place, A/C is very good in all place Dining hall, washrooms and parking area all are good..We were happy for taking the event there. Good Value for money. The entire hall is impeccably clean. The Management has made extraordinary arrangements to ensure happy, memorable and satisfying experience. If one prefers to travel by Metro Rail, he/she can directly step into the Subam Mahal as the vicinity is very close to the Arumbakkam Metro Station. The car parking is enormous as the dedicated staffs of the Subam Mahal will always be there to help you.

It was so good and very comfortable .......And it was one of the mahal which was located near metro station and bus stop feels easy to travel....... And too it was so good interior and comfortable price toooo.....And parking is all too good and feel easy.....over its rocks.......
