Parking hall wise everything was fine but dining area there is no AC lots of people gathered there very clumsy..

The mahaal is located at kolathur. It has an hall capacity of 700 and dining capacity of 120. The halls, rooms and dining places are fully air conditioned. Nice place to be recommended for marriages.

Nice AC Mahal located in main road. Parking facilities are good. Dining place also well maintained. Seating are also good. Separate small place for DJ music. Approx 800 seating available. Dining at ground floor. Rooms available for make overs. Lighting are good. Transportation are also easy to reach out the place.

Spacious function Hall. Air conditioned Hall. Had attended a wedding in summer. Thanks to the a/c that effective in that hot summer day of Chennai. Its on a service road and has parking space too. Though the parking is not big enough but its managable

Its in the highway.. easy to notice.. but Google map shown the different route for its entrance.. but u can reach the entrance from the main road itself by taking a small left in service road.. to say about Mahal its pretty good with centralised ac.. cons - small stage for reception and small rooms for guests staying

My marriage happened here. Very good mandapam. The manager is very friendly and helpful in many things. The only constraint is u need to take up the decorator whom he suggests and also cylinder for cooking should be taken from the mandapam itself. Other than that everything is cool. :) 😇

Marriage Hall is good and neat. But the toile facility is poor abd worst. Dining Hall ok and acceptable. Parking is available below the mahal but its quite small place we can park max of 5 to 7 cars.

June2019 Sri serndhaiyan Mahal kalayanam nadanthathu kalyanam Mahal MANAGER MR.VISWANATHAN onna number fraud .In marriage hall the manger told 750 seats podalaum.but marriage hall required 300 seats.In dining hall the manger said 200seats podalaum .but only 105 seat place are required .The manger Mr.viswanathan said In car parking 50 cars can park .but only 10 cars can park .Gents and ladies toilet are worst more than government toilet .The manger said they will 10 rooms In that 6AC rooms and 4 nonAC rooms .In that 6AC rooms the AC machines are old more than 20 years and AC is not working .In that rooms that bed are more worst than government hospital bed .If we sleep on the bed disease will catch you. Incase your booking in this Mahal think one and two more times to book this Mahal.If you booked this Mahal please go and refer . In that Mahal maintance , electricity bill, decorationhall 4lakh .but its not worth for 1lakh .please dont book this mahal

Located in National Highway. Easy to locate. Good facilities. Big hall.

The mahal is situated on the GST road. It has a better view from longer distance. They have parking lot in the ground floor, the dinning hall on the first floor and the marriage hall on the second floor. The mahal doesnt have lift facilities. The parking lot can accommodate a maximum of only 10-12 cars and bikes upto 40 maximum. The dinning hall can accommodate maximum of 100 people at a time. The marriage hall is good for people who wish to accommodate less than 300 members. Overall the mahal is suitable for small functions. The overall drawback is they dont have lift and dont have air conditioning in their dinning hall.
