Nice small place to hold small meetings for less than 100 people. No proper parking. Off road parking only. Indians always ignore toilet maintenance. Management has to show more interest in keeping their building clean and well painted.

Located on the service road of arterial Taramani link road, this community hall can hold upto 100 guests for events. Facilities include lift, private dining area & limited road parking. A bit inconvenient for senior citizens & differently abled, this one is a cosy hall for small functions.

Its in 3 rd floor no dining hall to prepare food.only out door catering allowed. No lift to take the prepared food to third floor. Dining hall split A/c total 5....3 not working 2 working.

Good with neat space for food arrangements within a number of 100 .

Worst Management ever ive seen. They promised me you can use the hall from 7 AM to 3 PM, there is no restrictions even if it extends 1 or 2 hour, based on that we booked this hall. We planned to get into 10 AM and vacat by 2 PM, but unfortunenatly it was extends till 3 PM. The idiotic supervisor came to the floor by 1:30 PM itself and advising to vacat now itself, he simply switched off the ACs, lights and lift.Dont go for this Mahal, in that price you can get good and well managed Mahal in and around Velachery.
