Very sorry Mr.Raghu never seen such a poor customer service. After all the business you get from Railways and other Govt. Organisations you people dig your own grave with your unprofessional and indifferent behaviour. Remember You are not doing it for free. When u are getting paid for ur service Mr.Raghu please pay a little attention to ur work and try to do justice for the money u take. Hi Mr Ragu,I am upset in writing this mail to you with regard to one of our client’s application for Digital Signature. It has been since 3 years we have been using your service for applying for digital signatures for N number of our clients, but we have been hovering for the past one and a half month for one SINGLE application.There has been several lapses in requirements for foreign personnel digital signature. Earlier there was a wrong form sent to us over e-mail which we rectified and brought and then there was a requirement for Apostille (about which no one in your office knew by then of what it is and what is expected out of it). We approached the client our-self and got it yesterday and today there is a new requirement that apostille needs to be made over notarized passport or identity proof. I understand your process but is there no customer service at all for one who has been with you for several years?? No proper response or explanation of what is required. We have faced several time lost on this particular issue. I thought it must be brought to your notice before any other person faces the same trouble, probably you might lose a few more customers if this continues.Kindly take due care going further especially when you are dealing with Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Directors and few other Stakeholders.
