It is good only for small functions. The venue is situated 1 km from Ambattur OT bus stand and is easily accessible. But it is not spacious. Too much cramped up.

Well maintained hall. Seating capacity is 100. The whole hall can accommodate around 200 people. No parking facility is available. As the hall is located in an interior area, its a bit difficult to reach the place easily.

Its a good and clean place to host a function or party, it can accommodate about 250 members. There is only 2 rooms available which is attached near the stage itself. Its Ground floor is used for serving food, but cooking is not allowed. 1st floor has the centralized A/C which is nice. For parking there is no separate place hence they will have to do along the road side.

Amazing Mahal for small family functions which also has lift facility. The food court at the ground floor and the function hall at the first floor also it has the second floor. The first floor is full A/c with the small states and one room each sides. This hall can be accommodated around 100 to 150 people.

Fully money minded, they forced to pay full amount before 1 week and 2 hours before the events they are simply telling lights are not working and asked to take 2nd floor party hall which have less seating capacity, and they not given any compensation for that.mainly outside decoration not allowed, the mahal decorer asking triple the cost for simple decoration.no one is available to arrange for parking.that 1 star is for interior and AC, otherwise I will give 0 star for sai shoba mahal..faced lot of difficulties because of that mahal maintenance issue..
