Not a better place if you wish to hangout for a day at resort with family and friends.... You dont have anything to entertain yourself rather than a pool. The beach is something 200 metres away from Resort and you wont be satisfied if youre looking for a exact beach resort ambience. Even the food is not upto expectations

Poor maintenance. Air Conditioner isnt working properly. Poor maintenance of the swimming pool. Dont waste money and high charge. Bad experience.

The Resort is excellent for conducting wedding ceremony and other events with three big halls and a very good spacious lawn with a Dias for Reception parties wherein evening paties can be held.There are 27 rooms for guests to stay.For these facilities the place can be ranked 8 on a scale of 10.The only drawback is the Room service which can be rated at 4 on a scale of 10Overall experience was good

Visited primarily for a marriage in MCC hall, which is good, rooms are ok too but require better maintenance. Beach is 100 meters away and the beach also is used mostly for fishing, cant spend time alone there

Hopeless rooms. Mr. Benjamin a rudest person you can ever meet in hospitality. Place is good but poorly maintained. Rooms were stinking tooWe slept in mosquito bite paying 4.5k for a room. He dint consider to even refund the amount for the AC did not work. There was no tv too.Change that guy man. Seriously. He dint care for anything we said. Had the Audacity to ask to pay for 1 water bottle.Pls avoid this place!

Staff didnt alow to let us in, even I have booked it online. They were saying cancel online booking and pay us in cash with extra charges. Basically they were trying to fetch more money over weekend. First time in my life I faced such a bad experience. I was standing in scorching sun with my wife and two year old kid for 2 hour. It was not just me they did same with 4 to 5 other guests as well. Even they didnt hear from their online booking platform parner also. Pathetic i will say.

Location is good and children will be excited to play in the lawn. Service needs to be improved.

From check in to check out, the staff is fantastic. At check in they gave us great information on local restaurants and things happening at the resort for the week. The in house restaurant staff is very accommodating and nice. A breath of fresh air to most places we have been. The outside pool service is great for food and drinks. We used this almost everyday for lunch. The beach at this resort is fantastic as well. At low tide you can see all sorts of things from starfish, crabs, shells, sand dollars, etc. We even found three horseshoe crabs in the tide pools at low tide. We will definitely vacation here again.

Good place for enjoy

It was awsome stay in park inn beach resorts. And we thoroughly enjoyed the lush green play area, swimming pool etc. The food was amazing. Its a place for relaxing with our family. Indoor play area with some limited games. All staffs are very helpful and friendly.very n8ce place for parties, Events...

The place was good until the billing started. The management was so rude. They had not provided the services they promised and still wanted the money. The person who came with the manager was in fact shouting at my colleagues stating that we were cheating them. Another person had to literally take him out of the room. We had come as part of a company get together (many families and kids incl.) and expenses were not a matter of concern but only the genuinity of it. Disappointing experience!

Roads were horrible with many potholes. The traffic rules are not being followed by the motorists. Policemen are rarely seen except at bus depots. Not really a good time to go out on this path.

Think wedding and the first on the agenda is a good wedding hall . We recently conducted our daughters wedding at Park Inn Beach Resort. When we booked it in August 2018, the mandapam was foundation ready but the rest was under construction. We spoke to Mr. Bhaskar and his brother, Mr.Babu and we placed our trust just on their assurance that it would be ready by the end of December. True to their word the hall was ready and lo.......beautiful. The spacious wedding mandapam, the stage, the bridal rooms built with class and all amenities made the wedding a fairy tale experience for the hosts and guess.. The terrace hall overlooks the vast expanse of the sea as the resort is located by the beach. The dining hall is so well arranged with adequate wash rooms alongside. The kitchen is adequately equipped with the requisite cutlery and utensils. The resort houses 30 rooms with 2 dorms. The rooms have all modern facilities and overlooks a lush lawn which is where we hosted the reception for almost 1500 people. The on duty staff were courteous and always on call. We and our guests were so delighted at the personalised service that the resort owners extended to us. Mr Bhaskars son Harish coordinated and was by our side throughout the three days. The tall ferns, the lush green grass, the silence of the waves, the whispering breeze added to the romance , allure and beauty of a typical south indian wedding grandeur. The large parking space provided helped our guests to enjoy the festivities in peace. A wedding for our little princess and a bag full of moments and memories was our daughters wedding last month at Park Inn Beach Resort. 15 days post the wedding I am still queried on how we zeroed in on the place because we were the first to book the hall though ours was not the first wedding there. I booked here directly for a meeting and One of the best budget resorts in Chennai-ECR and 100 Meters away from beach. Food really tasty, Room service is good. Staffs were friendly. Mr. Ganapathy Helped me near by places. Rooms and bathroom were very neat. Balcony View is very good with garden View. Will refer all my friends, office mates and my Family, even solo travelers or family couples too. It is very safe and secured.

Very badly maintained property... From this place you cannot go to the beach also as it is near a fishermen colony .. we went there early morning to catch the sunrise and saw many people pooping on the beach.. the hotel rooms had only only light source. The intercom was not working..the bed was broken...Service was terrible... In short totally avoidable since you cannot even go to the beach...

Overall the service is not up to the mark. They are not aware that I have booked a room and they are not interested to taking the guests.Positive: 1. Clean and hygienic swimming pool2. Big green lawn and outdoor activities3. Kind security staffs4. They temporarily gave us a deluxe room as my actual room was not readyNegative: 1. They are worry about their guests who booked the rooms along with the marriage hall. We have waited for almost an hour in the reception without any proper response as they are not aware of my booking (not even had a fan in the reception for guests.) 2. One of the worst nightmare is the restaurant. No one in the restaurant to take order, then one old man came and took the orders half and hour later. Anoyher Half an hour later he returns and asked to order different item as the ordered items are not available. Then they took almost an hour to deliver the order which is sufficient for my kids and Im not ready to wait one more hour while they are busy with the marriage events. Meantime my two kids are slept in hungry. The same thing happened to another family in the next table. They not even ready to switch on the AC during the wait time. Then we went to The OMR Food street to have good dinner which is very close to Prarthana drive-in theater within a kilometer. 13. The Beach is only their name. The beach is so dirty, dark and not safe after evening which is 500 meter from the resort.

This is a.resort cum marriage hall, just 100 metres from the sea Very well done false ceiling with chandliers in ist floor marriage hall fully air conditioned, dining hall too air conditioned with 27 ac rooms which include 2 10 bedded ac dormitory. Courteous staff and responsive management makes it a pleasure to conduct marriages here. This is an ideal place for conducting residential workshops and seminars.

Very good place for meetings, weddings and other functions. Located near to beach side approximately 100 meters from beach. Infrastructure is also looking good. Having some outdoor fun game space. More than 500m from bus stop. Nice place to have family functions , birthday parties, business meetings, Other gatherings. But Parking space is less.

Nice Rooms good response staff

We had booked the mini function hall on the first floor of the resort reception for a family function..Overall the final prices were reasonable and the facilities were good. We got excellent support from Mr..Muthuraman in terms of coordination and and he sincerely and promptly sorted out any issue that came up so as to make the event a success.

With lovely Ambience highly suited for wedding. The lawn with very wide stage provides excellent place for reception, party etc

Amazing place

This is the worst place for any decent person to stay. Worst service.. you are not supposed to bring in outside food and their food is a complete nonsense. The bathrooms are stinking and spread into the room making it impossible to sleep..I feel really sick staying in this dirty hotel. The photos of this hotel are a complete fake.. there is hardly any space to move around inside the room. They compel us to give one star.. otherwise I wouldnt.

It is a nice place to conduct function like marriage etc.A hall is there to conduct function. An a/c dinning hall is there and about 150 people can sit. A spacious green lawn is available and the reception etc. can be conducted. The entire resort is surroundedby trees and you can feel coolness.

I went there for my frnds brother engagement. Very nice place. Neatly maintained hall. The hall decoration and the interior works are good. Pretty costly. Resort have good place to take marriage photos specifically lawn, fountain and beach.

This Beach Park Resort is nice and cozy.. The atmosphere is perfect for weekend trips. Do not expect private beach for this resort. We need to walk 50 to 100 meters from this resort to beach. The main issue that I faced is parking. I couldnt find a perfect parking structure here. Resorts like this must have a parking slot. Food is also a problem. Not much tasty but costly.

Im remembering this hotel because our college reunion happened here with participants from 1980 to 2019 it is awesome moment and the for the resort it is very nice place having swimming pool and good spacious marriage hall and very near to the beach and food is good and it is prepared based on our requirements.

We booked the resort for 5 days for a wedding. The resort has 23 rooms of which almost all rooms have issues of different sorts.They charge you for extra bedding - they don’t even have one extra bedding per room.The bathroom locks are broken, we managed by keeping buckets at the door.Just when the bride was getting ready the current went and her make up was dripping. They kept giving excuses regarding the back up.They had 3 - 5 waiters who did not want to lift luggages, did not want to serve guests etc.On day 1 the entire resort didn’t have any lighting along the pathway.Construction is going on in the premises. So one can imagine how scenic the resort was.The ambience in short was horrible.They did not have even one extra bedding per room.They charged us for 8 bricks we used for the tandoor.The manager is different during the booking and after the confirmation of booking.He refused every request of ours.The air conditioners were leaking in so many rooms and even the banquet hall.The air conditioners weren’t working in two or three rooms.Dogs were roaming inside the resortIt is a complete waste of money going here. Period.

I attended a marriage function which was grandly celebrated in the resort. Beach view gives you the pleasent feeling.

A quiet ambience...

We went team outing and ordered side dish, not even informed there is no Tandoori master available. All dishes came after 2 1/2 hours late.Dinner is below average. Only rasam and curd rice is good out of all menu.Panneer is very rough, soup is average, fish fry is ok. Chicken65 is ok. You cannot bring outside food. Inside you will not get any ontime. No icecubes for drinks. Dont waste your time travel enjoyment and money.

An ideal place for family functions with a capacity of around 400 persons. very good decorated open space, sufficient car parking, party hall with dining facilities and very close to the beach which is at a distance of just 100metres.

Way too low standard and cheap class hotel. There were drunk people roaming near reception area and swimming pool. Not a safe place for kids and family. Too many mosquitoes and the facilities were not very clean. Not recommended if you are looking for a decent stay.

Very poor place for Team Outing for 20ppl with Zero ACCESS TO OUTDOOR AND INDOOR GAMES. Only the swimming pool and non veg lunch is good and rest all SUCKS.Corporates who like Team Outing with games and fun must SKIP this place.Indoor games have the worst carrom board and Pool table.Outdoor games are worst with just a lawn and nothing else. They say there is a beach access but useless.800 rs per head is total WASTE.Management should improve this place.

Worst nightmare! Horrible experience! They do not know their hotel bookings can be blocked online. Manager with suite denyimg the online booking as he did not get the. Commission . IGOBIBO does not know what to do. Landline no directing to another hotel. Management betraying their owner. They do not know how to greet people. In Reception no one will be there. Property should get know what those people are doing out there.

Very few people stay here, some construction going on. Dont have any active kitchen. Untrained staff but they try to help you to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious clean, neat with big beds.No shops or restuarants near by. The beach is not clean for morning walk,.

Worst experience - booked via OYO, but they refused to provide a room and the manager asked for additional 5K in cash, to provide a room. Spent 2 hrs with OYO customer care, without any much help.Park Inn resort is not safe for Kids and family - it has lots of mosquitoes and there are drunkards roaming inside the campus and near beach area.

A decent resort in Injambakkam. On contrary to the name, the resort does not have private way to the beach, you need to come out of the resort and take the road to reach the beach.Apart from this, the resort have pools, playing area and indoor which are maintained well.You could reach them by person and bargain to get the room cost reduced significantly.
