We arranged a birthday party on 29th Dec 2019.When we wnt for booking Mr Chanddur spoke very sweetly and promised what ever we want.We paied an advance. He asked us to pay 50% of the amount on 20th DEC but started bugging for the payment by 15th itself.He promised to handover the hall by 3:30 PM. But it was handed over only by 5 PM. The reason they gave earlier booking group came late. If they came late is that our mistake?He said he will arrange 2 staff for the arrangements. But no one was arranged. The manager came now n then just help.Tried to call Mr. Chanddur he was not reachable.By that time guests started coming.In had a tough time to make them to arrange the chairs.Welcome drink was promised but was not served. Wen i asked the manager said it was not there. Then by that time Mr Chanddur was reachable he said it will be charged extra. I was in a shock. I asked them to give it first. Then they gave served by 7:30The table they kept for cake cutting had one leg broken. No one around there to replace it we had to wait even for that.After the party was over we went for the final settlement. By that time Mr Chanddur came. He didnt not allow us to speak not ready to listen what we are saying. The way he spoke was entirely different from the way he spoke when we went for booking. He calmed down only wen i said i will writer a review online.It was really a bad experiance choosing this hall

A nice place for birthday parties , get-togthers , fare-well assemblies etc . situated near to Railway station .

We had our kids 28th day function and had worst experience. I accept there was a mistake from our side that we had changed the timing of function just 4 days back. Worst part is they booked our function from 9AM-12PM and they booked another function from 11AM to 2PM. Their assumption is that we will go to lunch to another floor and function hall will be free from 11AM. Unfortunately we changed our timing from 12, they told they have another hall where marriage party from 9AM to 12PM and clean in few mins and we can use that hall. They said there is another team lunch from 1:30, so we have to finish our program before that. They forced that marriage party to leave by 12 and we got the hall, but unfortunate to see people came for function and forced to leave and same happened to our relatives which they forced to leave at 1:30. Food was not good and some of us did not get few items served. People are conducting functions in these kind of halls, so everyone can come and enjoy the time for sometime. Please do not go to this hall as they are just looking for money, not the customer satisfaction with worst food experience as well.

Went for a function happened on a midday in Ac hall, but the lunch was provided on a no AC room, all guest had hard time while eating food specially at a hot sunny day

Hall is nice but located on 2nd floor. Of course lift with minimum capacity is available.
