Should definitely give a 5 star because the manager there is a very nice person and also the anna who is there to show us the halls is very sweet who understands people . They listen to people calmly . I did my engagement there with 300 people (not enough but we could manage if floating ) with 4th floor and half of 2nd floor (dining ). The hall looks really fabulous and the room on the 4th floor is very huge and you will absolutely love it . Thank you for those people ! 😀

Hii everyoneI visited this hall. Its a spacious one. There you get facilities like dress Change room, hand wash area, neat dining area, full centralized AC hall along with car and bike parking. Both veg & non veg can be served. Nice service is provided by them. All kinds of birthday theme can be arranged by them. Music and LCD screen also available for video presentations. Over all a good place to have family functions especially birthday functions.

Looks grand on the outside but inside is too simple. Best for meetings and such only. Not if you want a grand function.

The place is spacious for organizing small events in this hall. The place can accommodate more than 150 people in fourth floor and more than 200 people in second floor. This is an AC hall in both floors. Place is clean and maintained well.

Although the area of the total hall isnt that big, there are good amount of parking space in the basement and the entrance is quite good.Overall , this banquet hall can be useful for people who plans to fit not more than 200 people. And if you try to fit more than that, it will seem overcrowded and there will be nothing you can do about it!The lift facility is also present here . Availability of more than one lift eases the arrival of the people . One area where this place can improve is better seating facilities. The ones that were present there were awful. I mean not that bad but still they arent tidy. There are dirt which can be easily spotted.The restrooms are quite practical . Where there are multiple spacious washbasins and ample small toilets for men and women. While the quality of water and taps are not that bad either.The presence of projectors were unnecessary for some events and the projector and screens maybe avoided according to the events that are about to happen

Placed in the heart of the city but very poor management and lazy staff. The changing room for the bride and groom is not well maintained, the bed blanket is not washed. It was so disgusting after I saw bed BUGS running over the mattress. I come to know a decoration guy(Mr.Deepan) from DANZO through the manager who is irresponsible and very annoying behaviour, he was too rude in handling the event, was very late! the event started should start at 6.30 because of his carelessness it was delayed a lot. The floor mat was very dirty and the table cloth was disgusting which had a lot of stains. The guest was questioning why there is no Name board on the entrance which he forgot completely and I asked my brother to check down, he checked thoroughly and said there is no sign of the board and then I reminded him all the way @8pm in between the event and then after he kept the board @8.30pm and he even lied to us that board was on the place by 6.30pm itself and we found that he betrayed us which he never confessed to us that he made a mistake. Finally, he screwed my engagement completely and was very disappointed with him. Please dont choose this fellow for your event in future and ruin your money. I never recommend this guy and the hall to anyone.Thanks

Place is located in a good locality. There are multiple halls available for small and big groups. You can have a separate hall for dining if you have a bigger crowdCar parking is limited otherwise everything else is good

Its a very good hall..I had my babys first birthday there and it turned out to be a big got.. The AC worked perfect even when there was more crowd.. The room provided with the hall was very clean and the bathroom was well maintained.. The stage was perfect for us and the projector and music setup were also perfect..a very friendly and helpful manager attended to us.. Overall I would say one of the best Halls in Chennai.. Go for the sapphire hall if u are expecting a crowd of 100 people..

Place is very well maintained. Very good if you a head count of 50-100. The place has multiple levels. But each level could only fit 100 tops. Parking available but can be difficult to find a spot.

Problem for Car park

One of the best party halls I have seen in and around Anna Nagar. This is a new building and has been maintained properly. Once you walk into the place it is very welcoming and doesnt feel dingy or dark. The color are very pleasing and inviting.

Ok for small functions. But not worthy for the money you spend. Main entrance will look like a normal apartment. No name board in the entrance, no lighting in the building. You will not get the function feel while you enter. No hand wash inside dining hall, instead they kept one outside the hall and another inside the function hall. Need to improve many things.

I had my kids 1st birthday on 27th Nov in opal hall, n each n every guest loved this place. This place is located in a prime location in Anna nagar. The hall was very clean n well maintained n the support staff were kind enough to help (though there were few issues with service but they were negligible).Only suggestion s they could maintain a temperature control for their AC as it was very cold when the crowd was less n normal when it was full house. It would be incomplete it miss to mention about their guest room they provided... It was one of the best...,😀

I recently had my baby shower function here . Though my function went well , I was little dissatisfied and disappointed the way the security guy treated us initially. The management had promised to open the hall by 5 am in the morning .. however , when my sister and i had arrived by 5:30 am , we were made to wait 30mints to open the room , making us climb floors up and down. The rude and lethargic attitude of the security was disheartening. He treated us very badly and were asked to shut our mouths when we argued on his behaviour. Guess the management should take steps to improve on their customer service and teach their staffs on how to behave with customers.Except for this... The rooms and hall are neatly maintained . Car parking , lift and other necessary amineties are present.

This is a professionally managed, well appointed place for small to medium gathering. Situated at Anna Nagar, easily accessible has parking for about 15-20 cars. This might be an issue if you are expecting many of your guests to drive in. However this is very close to Anna Nagar Tower metro train station (2-5 min walk)

We booked this place for my nieces function last week and during lunch they ran out of water in the washing area/rest rooms ! All the guests struggled quite a lot and had to use bottled water to wash their hands !It was quite a night mare ! Not sure how such a basic thing can be missed. There was no one in the hall from Mirth and we had to run down to their office to tell them there was no water and they were lethargic and we had to yell at them to move faster.After making so much noise at the end they kept 2 buckets of water to wash the hands ! It was quite a mess :(
