Not much Air Condition. Foods are good. Fair space and parking slot. At the end of the event owner asked extra charges which is unfair.

Small place... Fans should be installed in two sides of the hall... Its installed in the center.. so there occurs suffucation. Can keep the dinning hall a little more clean.

The marriage hall is on first floor. Small door here resemble we are entering the room it does not give feeling we are entering into marriage hall.but the marriage hall is air conditioned.good thing about this place it has separate placing for parking. The dinning hall chairs Is of not good quality.i have been to this hall once they gave plants as gift.....

Mahaselvakshmi Mahal is Well Maintained and it has Huge place for parking bikes and Cars. This has entirely Spacious place for Catering though. The Only disadvantage is to carry every objects and food items and everything through steps that too in 2nd floor otherwise good place for marriage functions and birthday party etc...

Good with parking facilities and hall is only cable for 250 members

Pros: Wedding hall is very near to chennais central bus - koyambedu - terminal (less than 2 kms - we able to reach by walk just opposite road of bus terminal). Well connected by local transports from central railway station, metro and airport. Almost located at city center.Cons: Biggest mess is parking, dont have enough parking area (People are so much eager to earn money without providing any proper infrastructures). Small capacity hall (hardly 200 may fit). Less cleanliness. Very less space for giving blessing / wishes and taking proper photographs with wedding couple.
