Good place. It is exactly above kvb bank.. they have a small parking lot... Party hall is quite spacious and can hold upto 200 people approximately.. the dining is neat.. caterers were kind.. the hand wash area was also neat.. the restrooms were clean.. but both the restrooms were western and not Indian... Overall a good place to choose if you are planning to host a small birthday party or something like that..

Nice party hall. Rich look. Eating place is big compared to many other party hall. Only con is, if we give the catering to outsiders then there is no place to cook inside the mahal and no place to wash the dishes. Good party hall for 150 to 220 people..

#1 Owner will convince to get the Party hall for 25K (Excluding Serial/Mike/Speakers) If you have luck book within 25K for All exclusion unfortunately I paid 27K for All#2 You have to Pay the Advance once you booked the party hall i.e. 10K#3 Full Amount you have to pay before 15 days of the Function date (So before coming to Party Hall you will be fully paid) he will tell backside of the bill was written and keep in mind Owner will never tell when you pay the first advance#4 2 Weeks before the Function you will get a call from Balloon Decoration whereas you cannot bring the Designer from Outside#5 Baloon Decoration Designer will come to your home and visit and check your house whether you have enough stuff and capable paying higher#6 Show designs and Decorator will work in three days before to prepare the Back Drop/Name Board/2Foam Board/Gate Material/Baloon Decor/Cake Table/Photoframe which is not even worth of 5K but he surprised the bill with high quotation of 16K and we have to argue to reduce and came down to 13K Poor Work and they will show a good design of Balloon so dont get fooled.#7 Finally - at the function day - first you have to take the Readings of the Power if you missed you will be in soup. He will put charges of 5000+ for 3 Hours and say your unit used around 387 for 3 hours.#8 Also, he will come and ask us to shall I switch off the power., Very much money minded person#9 Overall - we will be the no. 1 fool if you book.#10 Future if someone wants to book this party hall - please read my reviews and think twice.

Good condition. Enough for 300 people. Good party hall. There are two separated rooms. No parking area. U have to park outside. Lift is available..

The halls and rooms are well maintained but the service is really poor. The air conditioning was switched off in the middle of the function when the hall was full with crowd. Owner seems to be little bit money minded. He quoted 4k just for the serial lights outside the building which was very outrageous. Current consumption charges were high. What ever you think will come as package along with rent will cost you seperatly. Keep this as a last resort and opt only if you are out of options.

Mr. Srinivasan the Owner of the Mahal got worst attitude for Money, Money minded person. Be careful when discussing about the rental charge and other service charges bcoz he use to surprise you when checking out from mahal ( Extra charges which was not committed at the time of discussion)

We conducted a birthday function here the hall was awesome ND spacious good AC in function hall ND in dining hall too.
