This isnt ICSA institute for economics or commerce. This is a missionary (christian) building used for various religious & educational meetups. There is a small book store adjacent to this building. The rooms here are all Non Ac rooms. However, if you want to have a small conference or nonprofit missionary meetup this place may offer you rooms at minimal Price or free.

ICSA centre is centrally located. Perhaps the idea of the foundes is to help people of limited income to hold meetings and conferences. In that way budding authors publishers and artists are able to hold meetings and conferences and events. A dining room is also available at nominal rates. But it is not a luxurious place. Available space and furniture are more than sufficient. More than an anything its location in the city and approachable from any place. That way its preferred destination.
