I had been to Chennai during one of my official visit. I had heard a lot bad about so was little reluctant to travel but on the contrary this place was good.The bad thing was its weather, it was very hot there. we went to Marina beach in evening. It was pleasantly good there.There were good options to eat. We stayed there till night and even the crowd was also good. The local transport of the city is very good and the city is well connected. The people of the city were not much warming but overall a good experience visiting this city.

Chennai i really liked it. There is very beautiful sea. There is only something more fun to roam from the mall and the subway is famous worldwide and the Chennais food has come to people from all over the world and here to raise the culture and housed of food.thanks

Chennai is blessed with long stretch of beautiful number of beaches providing relief to buzzing city in scorching heat . I visited couple of beaches, Elliots beach and beach in Mahabalipuram. Both these beaches were well maintained, especially I fell in love with Mahabalipuram beach such a beautiful beach landscaped with number trees and rocks and shore temple is marvelous piece of art setting in sea as a backdrop.

Worst medium to book any trip. Booked one Dandeli package, and now regretting. There were no one to represent gautm and gautam at resort. Dandeli is great place to visit, but gautam and gautams management fully ruined our trip. Packages are also overpriced, Instead of this you can directly contact local resorts to book your trip, this will save your at least 40% money.

Chennai is really well known for many people for many reason.The good part is the food available at very low cost, great metropolitan city and also living expenses are remarkably low compare to other south cities.lot of things to see and enjoy, beaches, water falls, many big big malls, Asias main trading center in chennai, good transport facility everything is just fine here. Try to visit here atleast once, Main thing is lot of historical temples, ancient lakes, great places like ooty, kodaikanal located here in tamilnadu. Great place to visit and to make a memorable day in life.

The train experience from chennai to uttar pradesh/kasi was so horrible. We had to endure smelly loos which put us off. The egg briyani served in the train was okay. Sleeping in the train gave us cramps. It was slower than a plane trip. Somehow paying extra for aeroplane flight seemed better than taking a train.In temples, one has to pay higher amounts to see the deities close-up. The priests expected darshan and one must be prepared to pay tips for their service which seemed norm in chennai.Overall, Chennai was ok but not that fantastic.

Facilities were kept neat and clean. Staffs were friendly. They had event organisers, strolling in the sand and engaging people with impromptu Games. That was engaging & fun. Looking forward to make another trip

Every time my parents planned a holiday, Chennai use to be their first option.however I was very apprehensive about the place , but last year when they insisted to go to Chennai.It was in durga puja holidays that we all went to Chennai. It took two and a half day for us to reach chennai.
