The presentation and the portion size is definitely worth the price. The dishes were so beautifully presented that me and my friends were just admiring it for so long without eating it. The whole menu is designed to have a very very subtle spice level. Dishes were too low on the spice( was not a problem for us). And the flavours are mostly Italian and Mediterranean. Desserts and baked breads are a must try here, the aroma of the desserts and bread just wont leave you without trying them.

Amazing ambience, excellent for photography , especially those fairly lights are really good. Food is really bad, pizza is bland and the nasi rice was below average too. Only the starters are worth trying. Overall a fun spot to click some pics and make memories but the food needs a major overhaul, even the desserts tasted very artificial and needs work.

From the looks of it, the ambience was good so was the presentation of food. But thats not all! The food has to atleast be worthy of the money paid. Was really disappointed with the taste of the dishes. We literally ran out of there after our first course. I would suggest this restaurant for someone who likes capturing pretty pictures because i wouldnt complain about the ambience, that too only for specific tables. You can also get a table where you cant enjoy good ambience too.

Basically fika is a refined European meals and dessertes, Service is good ,ambience is good food taste good, especially the fire wood pizza ,they even have private area soo that you can get some privacy , only think is there is no proper parking for the car you have to park you car out the cafe .

The ambience of the place is truly amazing. Especially at night.Ive heard from friends that the food at Fika isnt particularly that good so that low expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised as I found the dishes I had ordered to be quite flavourful and tasty. One of the entrees was underwhelming but the mains and dessert did make up for it.Definitely worth a visit!

Fika is a well decorated, well lit, well designed place , you can definitely go there for some good pictures but dont expect the food to match the ambience.After all the pandemic lockdown madness our family recently went here after evaluating safety options as the place looked big and airy but unfortunately they didnt have service for the outside seating but their indoors was not crowded so we took the corner cage kinda setup for us, 8 pax.Im giving three of five just for the ambience, the food here is average and some dishes are above average, their menu sounds so good but execution lacks taste, their wood fire pizza also doesnt help. We ordered soups for everyone and in starting itself there was mix up in the order and the waiter is not happy to take back the food that we are not ordered, though its completely his mistake.Soups are so normal, starters are above average and mains are below average. Never ever try their spinach pizza even though the menu description is interesting. Overall you can visit the place once just for the ambience and their lights. Also I would not recommend the place for groups more than 4.

This is one of the places in chennai where the ambience is so good. They have created a place so good we feel so pleasant both indoor and outdoor dining. They have a beautiful party hall decorated with lights . Also they have so many plants around. Ambience was awesome. Food was good but was little over priced even for smaller portion. Absolutely loved the experience here. It is very nicely huddled in Gandhi Nagar with not too much of traffic or disturbance. The ambience is something that is unique and amazing. The dishes on offer are not too many, but this limited variety is what makes it a great place. The playing, quantity, and quality of th dishes are very good here.P.S: Their desserts are impeccable and delicious!!!

Its basically a huge bungalow turned to a cafe. Parking is not provided inside, though they have some space for parking. The food was amazing the first time I went there, consistency of the same dish wasnt there. I ordered the grilled shrimp, easily one of the best dishes Ive had in a cafe at that time. The place is pretty laid out, interiors were funky, staff needs some improvement. For an upscale cafe relevant staff must also be appointed. The plates and cutlery was very good.

The service is quick and the food is warm at arrival.The food tastes great, and is very rich in ingredients. You must have read about the ambience already but let me say it again that it was absolutely amazing. Maybe thats what draws in so many people here. Theres doodle everywhere on the walls, cute hanging lights all over and cozy corners. What I loved the most was that they have trees inside the restaurant but it feels part of the decor. Friendly staff. Now about the food, it is just as the name suggests, the flavours are very mild and if youre expecting Indianized version of Italian food then this is not for you. Service was quick once you get the table(which is a big wait in itself). Dessert was amazing. Reasonably priced. Valet service and Table reservation system could be better.

Ambience was extremely good, The whole place looked like a photo spot. Few dishes were extremely good like chicken nuggets, fish and chips, roasted tomato spaghetti, mushroom garlic pizza and Butterscotch brulee. But I was extremely dissatisfied with the grilled prawns. It wasnt properly cooked. Service was really good. We immediately got our grilled prawns replaced. They offer only pizza and few drinks before 7pm. I am giving a 4 star because I did find spiders in the special cane seating area and also the AC was leaking.

The4 star is because they could do better with waiting time when there are enough available tables . They could treat their staff more with love rather than commanding them. The only reason you need to try this is the ambience. Such a unique green house like feeling I got after having set foot inside. It took us about 5 minutes to decide where to sit because there was always a better option. Very good choice of starters, their mushroom soup is something everyone should try atleast once. Good non vegetarian options as well, and for all the beverages we order, we have a choice of taking normal sugar or brown sugar so that was great. Overall, its maybe not the best for choice of dishes because there wasnt a single food item that made me want to come back and try it again, but the mushroom soup came quite close with that. I think over time theyll start improving but everyone should come here just for their ambience, it was beautiful. Also, they have a party hall in the ground floor and a banquet hall in the first floor both of which need to be booked in advance.

Went on a Sunday evening with minimal crowd around us and no wait. The place is unbelievably great looking, the lights, decor and the house that provides the structure is all something beyond what youd expect from a restaurant. The service was exemplary, I would cite this restaurant as an example for all qualities important, promptness, politeness and least hassle. But the food, I would have to say it was okay. I had other friends who have had better days, but I feel consistency is key. If they can be more consistent and make the food as great as everything else is, this is the place to be.

Simple and straight review - Fikas ambience is phenomenal. It is perfect for young and well off couples out on romantic dates as well as large groups of friends or families.The variety available in the Menu is splendid, the food is great (not outstanding). The food is definitely delicious, but the quantity felt inadequate for our Tomato cream based Pasta. The Nutella based dessert (pic uploaded with this review) was definitely yum.Overall, come here if you are a food connoisseur, if you are a foodie, you may find the portion size a bit underwhelming.. However, you are not going to regret having spent ~600 to 800 rupees a person for the meal.

I literally can’t say which specific country menus are being served here, they have everything Pizzas, Pastas, Tofu, Noodles, Burgers etc etc. In terms of drinks they have limited options, it’s located in Adyar residential area wallet parking available. Ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant is too good enough to forget your hunger.

The food here is really delicious and looks spectacular. Im from US and was quite surprised at the presentation of the food. The ambience is beautiful with a mango tree in the middle of the restaurant. The only thing is that the waiting time was quite long but maybe thats because I went there on the 3rd day of them being open. My favorite dish was the Nutella Panna Cotta which had just the right amount of hazelnut flavor. Highly recommend going here for lunch or dinner and trying some out-of-the-box dishes.

Delicious desserts, starry lights and warm staff. Fika is an excellent choice for a casual date. Although its a bit pricey, youll quickly realise that you pay for the ambience, it is feast for the eyes. Both the quaint indoor seating and the cozy outdoor seating area are picturesque but the private party area with the star studded roof takes the cake. It is absolutely gorgeous glass room with a sea of lights at the top, so beautiful that it looks like the heaven has descended to give you that view.Now coming to the food, the starters are well thought out and are flavorful. The main course is just decent, has a room for improvement. Pizzas have perfect base, the pastas are rich. All in all the main course is good but falls short compared to the rest of the menu.The desserts are perfection, theyre light, theyre well balanced and theyre sophisticated. Trying the place just as a dessert bar would also be a really good idea. Ambience.. was excellent.. they have paid a lot of attention to minute details and put a lot of efforts to re vamp the place. With all the lightings and decor , right from furniture till cutlery everything was taken care. The seating were also comfortable .. the doodle art and kids room was quite the concept.Staff .. they were friendly and helpful around. The dishes were served on time and the place was kept neat. The prep station was kept clean.Food.. before we went there , there were lots of raving about this place.. it was on my must visit list as Im a foodie. But my expectations werent met after the visit today. The first thing was cream of mushroom.. so creamy and milky that it tasted like pasta sauce .. have never tasted such a creamy mushroom soup anywhere across. The consistency of the soup could have been better.Garlic Chicken starters.. too good. Savoured the whole plate.. kids loved it.. a MUST TRY.. cant forget the taste even after returning back home.Fush and chips.. a better choice than the soup.. but again not that great.. french fries were crispy and fresh.. loved it ..Pasta.. many of my friends recommended.. we had the white sauce.. but spaghetti for the sake of kids.. not a big fan as we felt both the cream of mushroom soup and pasta sauce the similar taste.. not a best choice.. may be arrabiata sauce ones could have been better .. not sure though..French omlette .. not a big fan again..Pizza.. was fresh and tasted good.. tried the smokey and cheese.. smokey wasnt that smokey but cheesy one was good.. the bread was good. The ambience is simply one notch above most of the restaurants in Chennai.. The way they have protected the trees and maintained a large and spacious seating area is amazing. The food is good with a few experimental dishes or ingredients thrown in. Its better to visit with a reservation.

When it comes to ambience, u ll surely love this place. Prices are bit high. We tried broc-potato pizza, calamari rings and nuttella panna cotta. I personally loved panna cotta!
