Good mandapam, bang on the road. However the parking is limited. Guess its Non AC. Hall is spacious and dining area is also decent. First floor has rooms for the guest. On a whole decent place for function.

Moderate sized function hall...where any medium sized occasions can be celebrated.....Not much ample parking space.....but located at almost centre of the city...No centralized A/c in main hall...Where dining hall is being designed with centralized A/c...During summer people attending the event should suffer for chillness...But at last,its a good limited budget location to celebrate/conduct any event..

This is probably the oldest Mandapam in Chennai, very centrally located. It is priced reasonably as this is run by charitable trust. It has undergone renovation in recent past. The Mandapam is very spacious with high ceiling. Car park is small, can accommodate about 15 cars.

The place was hot

Central place in City. Alwarpet Area. Good facilities in the Mantapam. Connectivity to the are is plenty/easy. Neatness is to be improved. Also the rate is slightly higher.

Kalyana Mandapam is big and elegant. Situated in the alwarpet area. Easy to locate. Opposite of Maharashtra Bhawan and HP petrol station. Approximately 15 to 20 four wheeler can be parked inside Mandapam. Two wheeler parking is also available inside. Dining hall is fully air conditioned. In the backyard there is a well which supplies water to the entire Mandapam. Two stages separate for marriage ceremony and reception function. 1st floor has decent rooms with attached bathroom.

Been to weddings that happen in this hall, they dont have a proper parking facility.Since its located on a road that has a lot of peak hour traffic jam happening , its advised that you head to this place when its less susceptible to peak hour traffic. As such, its a small wedding hall and not sure if it has centralized AC. But, I hear marriage that happen here are pretty successful ,so its not that bad.

Very decent mandapam with adequate cross airflow and ventilation. Very comfortable to sit for a long duration without any discomfort.

Non A/C . hall. Not much of parking space. and the vallet parking drivers who are outsourced by the kalyana mandabam are not professional. my friends car was hit with another car and bumper displaced. I doubt if the driver even had a licence.. He was ready to show hides licence but not his licence.
