Those guys absconded from their place after covid. Got 12000 advance from us for Birthday function planned on Jun 2020 but dint provide their service till date .we tried calling their number but unreachable. They are the no 1 cheat company in chennai. If some customers know their contact details kindly share with us. We dont have option other than going for legal action

I had contacted Big F day on a recommendation by a friend and Mr.Balaji got in touch with me. Balaji was very very helpful and the pricing of the venue was very competitive compared to the actual market price. He was open and transparent about the pricing and services. Will 100% recommend others to go ahead with their services.Great Job!

Worst company bigfday.... useless... please don’t go for this company for any of your events.. asking for the final product still I didn’t get the video or album... function on March this s January... keep ur company name as bigFraud .... Sabin irritating fellow... am longing for my daughters album... Sabin this guy cooly saying next week everytime while we call ... he keeps on blabbing his own stories... who needed ur hell stories... fraud cheap u and ur company... it’s been nearly 10 months still we are begging to him.... we paid nearly 55 k to this fraud... when can’t complete the project why you guys running the company... close it and get lost idiot

Does anyone have this event organizers contact number? None of their numbers are reachable. I paid an advance amount with them for my kid 1st bday and looks like they premantly closed from this place too.

I never thought I LL be writing such a bad review when I booked bigfday for my babys first bday party.I booked them on last week of July n my gals first birthday party was on sept 17. with so much confidence i booked them in advance.They had put so much pressure in the last minute which spoiled our entire day.The interest which they showed at the time booking was not there at the time of execution.Right from our personalised invitation card , welcome board , stage deco, photo reel ( though was an complimentary and to be noted even a school student will do a better photo reel which they had shared with us) , cake set up, 1 collage everything was a total mess. The approved/agreed design was not there in the output. Without our consent they had made so many changes.They were not committed. Our precious day were spolied. It cannot be brought back again. Its Gone.Pl do not make full payment in advance. Because they didnt execute for us wat was committed n they gave filmsy reasons for not executing the same.Thank u so much BIGFDAY for spoiling our day.
