Delicious! Came for a catered dinner party and everything was superb! The bang bang shrimp has the most delicious pineapple salsa. Meatballs were big and very flavorful. The Aqua grill salad had the perfect mount of dressing. We had the chicken caprese was very tender. The New York strip was cooked perfectly. Everything was AMAZING — combined with excellent service and the overall feel of the restaurant this place is a TEN! Highly recommend.

Top notch! Great seafood dishes. Great Baked Rainbow Trout dish with creamy Dijon sauce. Pasta cooked perfect, aldante for the Shrimp Scampi. Wait staff good, not hovering, but check-in. Sat on the porch. Screened in and heaters above. Nice flame fireplace too!

I really wanted to give them a good review but I will be honest with my experience I had at this place.The place has great atmosphere and the hostess was courteous, but the food(Alaskan Cod with vegetable pad thai) had way too strong flavor and made me extremely thirsty. I ordered this dish because I wanted something light in flavor and enjoy the cod but ended up being completely opposite. It just made me wonder whether if an average person would like a dish that has this much strong flavor.I managed to eat about a half of it... on the positive note, the ingredients were fresh.I didnt get a good vibe from our waitstaff, she checked to see everything was okay after a couple of minutes of us getting the food(we hadnt tasted our food yet)and did not check on us until one of us finished the food. Then she kind of rushed us to get our bill. Maybe because we skipped on appetizers, or didnt order the second drink, or she wanted our table, or having to work hard while wearing a mask which is not easy at all - but something about this place did not make us feel valued. If I ever go back to this place, I hope my experience would be amazing so I would forget this one.

I cant say enough great things about my experience at Aqua Grill today! It was the most fabulous way to celebrate my sisters 63rd birthday...perfect atmosphere, delicious food and spectacular service. Kelsey took exceptional care of us--her menu suggestions were on point too! Already decided, were coming back for dinner (and asking to be at one of Kelseys table) in the very near future.

Had a very enjoyable meal with family here, the portions were good so I didnt even have room for dessert. Even though the bread is delicious try not to fill up on it like I did!!!

I had a great time at the Aqua Grill. It was thankfully open late. I got there at 11 PM and it was pretty much empty but then people came in before closing time ( midnight on a Tuesday) and it became more lively! Cheese platter was huge and good variety of beers.

Came on a Thursday at 8:30 and got a seat on the patio outside. Good atmosphere and the wait staff was attentive and very friendly. I ordered the scallops and was very impressed. We dine out a lot and aren’t often impressed, but the main dish was fabulous. My wife was equally happy with her dish. Only knock and it’s really just a matter of personal taste, we thought they were weak on appetizers. We’ll almost always order an appetizer, but couldn’t find one here we felt was appealing. Others would probably swear they are the best, but it’s my opinion. 4/5 stars is fair and we’d certainly go back.

This is my favorite restaurant in beautiful Ponte Vedra Florida. Chill neighborhood bar, excellent seafood plates, salads and cocktails that are created by the talented chefs with a nice Florida vacation vibe.

Great service the food was good the oysters were very small. The group of people I was with didnt seem to enthused about their meals I feel like maybe it was late and the chefs were ready to be done not sure. But yeah the main course was a bit plain In flavor.

Our party of 4 made 7pm reservations and were promptly seated in the rather crowded outside screened seating area. Our server took our drink orders and since the restaurant was so busy knew there might be a wait for both drinks and food. Well drinks came but food...tick tock tick tock. Finally we were advised our orders were not entered but they would rush them...2 🌟 as they should have offered us at least another round😒due to the delay. Now the food. Bill and I shared a $9 Lettuce Wedge...over priced and lacking 3 🌟. Clam Strips were good 5 🌟 as was anothers salad so 5 🌟. I ordered the Seafood Americana few clams, few Shrimp lots of white fish and wide noodles a real poor 2 🌟 $27.00 dish. Bill got the Pork Osso Bucco $27.00 and liked it but felt the gravy was a bit to much on the Tomato but still 5 🌟. Halibut at $34.00 was good but rather pricey still a 5 🌟. Baked Rainbow Trout $27.00 was excellent and would order again so 5 🌟. If youre in the area reservations are a must and parking can be a challenge. If you are staying at the Marriott it is a nice easy walking distance.

Yummy. Very nice resteraunt with good ambiance and the food brings it full circle. Appetizers are well proportioned and the entries are packed full of flavors. Locally sourced ingredients and a well rounded bar menu. MAKE RESERVATIONS it gets busy! Ill be back!

Love this restaurant! We came tonight visiting from out of Town and sat at the bar. Kassi from Sheboygan took of me! The food was fabulous as were the cocktails. Will definitely be back if we ever visit again!

Staff was friendly, food was amazing! Ordered medium wings from appetizer selection... Wow! Lightly grilled for that smoke flavor. So juicy with the perfect amount of sauce, you need to ask for extra napkins.The tempura mahi lunch special was a flavorful combination of seafood and Asian. Not expected to be blown away... cant wait to try something new next visit!Highly recommended for great atmosphere with comfortable seating.

The place is marvelous, you have to reserve in order not to wait the outdoor place has a nice view a little bit crowded service and staff are excellent I order the filet mignon it was really tasty and the dessert was creme burleé I will definitely go there again.

Kelsey was an absolutely amazing server! Attentive, friendly, and just genuinely a nice person. I told her how much I loved the fish in the tank upfront, and she even took the time to show me her favorites and their names!!! 10/10 service :-) thanks again, Kelsey!

Great food great prices and very consistent. But I like about this restaurant over the others in the area is there teamwork. I was low on water or tea or needed extra dressing for a salad somebody would always be there and I didnt have to ask you it was done for great management

Only place I know of to get Alaskan king crab. I try to get over here at least once every 2 to 3 weeks. I need my Alaskan king crab. Very fresh very good would most definitely recommend. Excellent service.

Seriously some of the best food at the beach! Everything is fresh and homemade. We ate there for Easter Sunday and everyones meal came out hot and perfect! I had the baked trout with the most amazing mashed potatoes and asparagus. You have to try the meatball appetizer. Its one of those restaurants where you could order something new on the menu every time and always have a wonderful experience!

Exceptional everything.

Excellent food, and a beautiful deck overlooking a nice pond with ducks. It was very enjoyable to have such a good meal in the shade with a breeze and wonderful views. Service was excellent also. I stopped once with my youngest daughter and the next trip to Florida she insisted we stop again with the whole family. Highly recommend.

Went with my husband last night it was the worst food I’ve eaten. We grew up in Louisiana and are use to seafood. There was no taste to the food. The raw oysters were soggy, they fell apart when you tried to put them on the cracker. I ordered the Rainbow Trout it came out with 2 shrimp and no lump meat blue crab and no cream sauce. This was our first time there and we weren’t sure if this is normal. From reading reviews, it’s a lot of miss. We won’t be back.

We had a small wedding party of 27 at Aqua Grill and everything was short of perfection. From working with Cary setting up the menu and decor, to the sit down meal the day of, we could not have found a better place to host our special dinner. The food was spectacular, the service was absolutely outstanding, and the space they held for us was beautiful. We will always remember this night and cannot wait to be regulars for our weekend date nights.

Its pricey and slow. The food was good, but the service was very slow and my order was messed up when it arrived. They offered to remake it, but after already waiting as long as we had, I didnt want to do that. Its also very noisy, we couldnt understand our server through her mask and the surrounding din. Not a place for intimate conversations. Maybe worth another try sometime, but overall feeling rather meh.

Food was delicious and service was great! Portions were HUGE! We had a wonderful table outside by the little lake. First time visitor and was pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed aqua grill. Will be returning in our next vacation to ponte vedra.

This place makes a great go to place for something such as sunday football to a romantic dinner. Plenty of parking. Great dining room, great bar, great outdoor space. Where do I start. Celebrating my 5th Year Anniversary and my wife and I had reservations at Ruth Chris and they failed. Called Aqua Grill asked for a table and they told me to come on over! From the door the Host Stand was welcoming! Nicole our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu with it being our first time here. Ann her teammate stepped right in and was personable. The manager Tara made our night worthwhile with a complimentary dessert! They know how to take care of you at Aqua Grill! We will be back!!! I have to say that I hardly recommend this restaurant. Yesterday after my Moms funeral 15 of us showed up and they were able to accommodate the party at the last minute. Thank you Aqua grill. I will be back every time I visit Jacksonville.

Food was amazing.

My mother and I stopped in for lunch on our way to an appointment. We had been thinking about trying this place for a couple of years and finally got around to it. The lunch menu is large and write varied, with something that will appeal to just sit everyone. The food is good but seems a littler pricey for what you get. My mother had the chicken parmesan and liked it very much. I had the Aqua Burger and it was also very good. The service was good but perhaps a bit too attentive at times. Overall, a good experience. We will probably go again.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. We sat in the bar. The server was extremely knowledgeable of the food. We split an appetizer and a meal. Both were good. The mahi wasnt as hot as we would have expected even though it did come out very fast. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back to try more from the extensive menu.

Service, food, atmosphere all 10/10 you wont be disappointed. Cant wait to go back.

One of the best restaurants in Jax! Superb food, excellent service, upscale ambience. We chose to be sited in the patio and enjoyed the view as well. A lot of attention to dietary restrictions, adequate gluten free choices. Our server was Kari, very knowledgeable, kind, offered over the top service and she made our dinner even more special!! I definitely recommend this place especially if you, like my daughter, are gluten intolerant.

The food was very tasty and fresh. I would make this a regular. The chef was a bit unimpressive when spoken to, but I wont let him deter me from dining.

This place was amazing. Came to celebrate a friends birthday. We had half a rack of oysters. Bread was really good. The seafood chowder was AMAZING! I’m still thinking about how good it was. Really sad I didn’t take any to go. The shrimp scampi was very flavorful! Thank you aqua grill you did NOT disappoint ☺️

Absolutely a nice place to eat and have drinks with friends. The wings were great and the drinks with friends were mixed properly. I hope to get back sooner than later. Be prepared to spend some money as it is a very nice place.

The bar area was hopping but we got a table right away. Dallas and the other wait staff( Im sorry I didnt get their names because they deserve recognition) were perfect. They are like a well oiled machine that makes sure you are taken care of at all times. Thanks for making a rainy cold Friday night a nice night out! Well be back!!

There are fans outside so it wasnt too hot at sunset. 🌅Food exceeded my expectations 😋 started off with the complimentary spiral bread and garlic butter. Appetizer was the peel and eat jumbo shrimp 🍤 cooked to perfection 👌My love had the ribeye with Lobster mac n cheese, served on a cutting board (so cool) he devored the entire 14oz!! I had the Baked Rainbow Trout with creamy mashed potatoes and asparagus. Absolutely delicious and creamy!! We ended it with the vanilla creme Brule topped with fresh berries and whip 😋 We left full and truly enjoyed our 1st time at Aqua Grill and will absolutely add this beautiful place to our list of date nights.

Service and food was great, really enjoyed the view on patio. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, so we wanted something romantic. Only downfall was, we sat near a couple who talked very loud, had to be over two and a half hours because when we got to our seat they had already finished there food. So we eat our food and they was still there talking. Could not enjoy the moment. So we ate and left, but I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting in the area.

My friend from out of town was visiting this weekend, and I wanted to take her somewhere nice that we could order seafood from. This spot came up in our search so we decided to give it a try. We attempted to call ahead for a reservation, but knowing it was a Saturday, we weren’t expecting much. Sure enough, they were booked for the evening but told us there is a “first come, first serve area” that had bar seating and a few tables. This was a very small, super crowded and loud space, but we wanted to try the food so we were willing to give it a shot.We quickly learned that once a table got up, you had to jump on claiming the table before it had even had a chance to be cleaned. That was fine with us as it was her birthday and we wanted a little more elbow room than what we got at the bar. We helped clear the table so our server could wipe it down and this is where the issue started. Our server rarely made eye contact, was very flat in her responses, and barely checked on us. We had originally ordered our food at the bar, so it was shocking she was so cold to us to begin with. She seemed annoyed we weren’t drinking alcohol and possibly upset our party of two was taking up a larger table.As someone who worked in the service industry for over 8 years, it was disappointing to feel so unwelcome at an establishment. We didn’t make any special or crazy requests while we were there and couldn’t understand why we were being treated that way. It was apparent she was being nicer to other tables than she was to us, but overall she just seemed miserable. I tip great for exceptional service but that is not what I or my friend received this evening.If you’re looking for amazing food, this spot is great-which is why I gave it three stars. The service we received left us feeling less than joyous for my friend’s birthday celebration and our server clearly didn’t care that we were celebrating. Hopefully management finds servers who actually want to be there in the future.

Love Aqua Grills food. Another local favorite thats been here for decades. The fish tacos, ahi tuna, salads, best burgers in town. Great bar - Pumpkin rocks. Nice outdoor dining too.

We still visit every time were in PVB, menu dropped our favorites, including lobster/crab cakes, the original sauce, and Edward Island Mussels, and others. Nonetheless, highly recommended.

Birthday for the books! This cake was so rich and chocolatey...I was chocolate wasted for the next 5 hours. The service was amazing. Ann took really good care of us. I tried something different with my meal selection so the mashed potatoes were just ok to me. Everyone else loved their meals. But, if you have braces, beware that the bread is hard on the outside although chewy in the middle.

When I visited this restaurant for my birthday celebration, the service was horrible. Everyone at my table received their food before me. I ordered chicken picatta and the food was bland. My husband and brother in law order seafood platter they were bland and no seasoning on the food at all. The manager came over and was very rude and does not need to be in management. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants food that lacks flavor.

Aqua Grill and our server Pumpkin are on the top of my best of the best list. I highly recommend their Alaskan King Crab legs and their Key Lime Pie. You should visit for a meal and ask for Pumpkin! You wont be disappointed!!
