Excellent every thing is good

Big Mahal at the center of Chennai City. Previously famous Lakshmi theatre. Sufficient car park big air-conditioned hall at ground floor and dinning also just adjacent to hall at ground floor. 4 to 5 rooms are available at the hall with rest rooms. The only disadvantage is that finding the hall entrance in between the shops.

The staff is extremely courteous and prompt. The staff arranged seats on the right place and are happy to serve you with a smile all the time. Their response was very good and paid moderate amount for it. The hall was looking good and neat. Rental charges were nominal. The service was good so happy with this hall facility.

Akyavoo Mahal is one of the biggest Mahal in Chennai with a big parking space.

Visited this hall and booked for Function. The atmosphere was good the surrounding of the hall was very nice with nature. Their service and response was good and the hall was in a good condition. My all Guest was happy with this Hall and arrangements. Helpful service took here.

This marriage hall was earlier a cinema theatre. Its very centrally located on Poonamallee high road in Aminjikarai. The hall is centrally air-conditioned with an elevated stage. The dining hall is also in ground floor adjacent to the main hall. There are some rooms available for guests in first floor. Unfortunately theres no lift. There were some road facing shops, which were closed and converted into guest rooms with access from inside the building and rent is charged separately for each room on daily basis. The maintenance of rooms and toilets is not upto standards and cleanliness expected.

Trust me this one is tough to locate even with the maps on. The entrance is on crowded place and often you will miss it. But do ask people around for directions. But once you enter the place is really great and a hidden place which is really good. The name is ancient but lives to its word.

Old Lakshmi talkies in Aminjikarai paved way for a marriage or function hall with slight modifications. One big A/c hall again small a.c. hall adjacent for dining purposes. Taps there.power back up.Ample car parking. Dis able friendly entrance seating etc. Bus to Broadway icehouse mint etc.just in front. Very centrally and ideally located. But for slight high rate, this will be preferred by all.

This mahal is very good inside. Interiors are well decorated to the latest trend and gives a grand feel even to the guests. The location and parking space is very good. The mahal doesnt seem that big or good as the entrance is small. But its a great place to have any function for the nearby residents.

It has a spacious dining hall, modern kitchen with sophisticated equipment and A/c Rooms. I am very happy with their service. In the future, I will refer Aiyavoo mahal to my friends and relative.
